Leo enjoyed prowling around on my terrace. This may not be freedom but the terrace is considerably bigger than the balcony he has at home and so this experience was quite an adventure for him.
Not much to say about this apart from 'being a little brother isn't as easy as it seems'. :) This happens quite often and you will probably see this kind of scene again.

Maya Bay liegt auf der Insel Phi Phi Ley und ist weltberühmt für ihren halbkreisförmigen Strand, der von bis zu 100 Meter hohen Kalksteinfelsen umgeben ist. Maya Bay is located on the island of Phi Phi Ley and is world-famous for its crescent-shaped beach surrounded by towering limestone cliffs up to 100 meters high. The bay gained global recognition as the filming location of The Beach starring Leonardo DiCaprio. After being closed for several years to protect its fragile ecosystem, access is now strictly regulated to ensure sustainable tourism.

I walked down further towards the right from the previous shot to take this. The light was marginal so I had to open the aperture. I need to try some more low light photography, this was really fun.

I always buy catnip pillows for my niece's cats when they visit me and especially Leo loves them. They entertain him for quite a long time and not only for a few minutes. He keeps returning to them over several days.
Like Tofu Leo loves to watch birds. He can sit on the roof terrace for hours and do just that. Leo and Tofu get along very well and often hang out on the roof terrace together whenever Leo and his brother Charlie visit us.

Mothers can give birth to up to six cubs at a time, but litters of two or three are more common. Just before giving birth, the mother will leave the pride and find a secluded, isolated, safe place.
At 10 days old, lion cubs will open their eyes and very soon after that – between 10 to 15 days old – will start walking. The mother will keep the cubs in isolation, away from pride, for the first four to eight weeks of their lives.
At around three months old the cubs will start to eat meat. Male lions generally play no paternal role when it comes to providing food for the cubs. Baby lions may be referred to as cubs, whelps, or lionets. A “whelp” refers to any young member of a carnivorous species, while “lionet” means “small lion” in Middle French.
Female lions, sisters, live together for life. Their female cubs also stay with the pride, even after they’re grown, but male cubs must venture out on their own once they reach maturity.
Last year the US Fish and Wildlife Services announced that African lions may be facing extinction by the year 2050. The agency proposed listing the lions as “threatened” under the Endangered Species Act.
The greatest threats facing lions are habitat loss, loss of prey (largely due to the bushmeat trade), and human-lion conflict, including sport hunting and retaliation kills, in which lions are killed after attacking area livestock.
There are only about 34,000 lions left in Africa, which is about half the number that existed 30 years ago. About 70 percent of these animals live in just 10 regions of the continent, mostly in southern and eastern Africa. In West Africa, fewer than 250 adult lions remain. – Wikipedia
This is not a finished product but it is a good start on the Leo Triplet of galaxies. The group consists of the galaxies Messier 65, Messier 66 and NGC 3628, also known as the Hamburger Galaxy.
