Here's my entry for the third prompt of RebelLUG's Vignweek 2021 contest, with the theme of fantastical (being defined as anything fantasy from before 1900). Overall, I'm super happy with how this build turned out. I love how my hummingbird design looks, and I also like what I did for the rotting log. Fun fact, this build also uses some of my favorite LEGO colors, those being dark green, dark azure, and teal, though unfortunately I couldn't get the teal to look as good as it does in person on this model. Anyway, hope you all like this build too!
You can see some close-ups here.
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers today on December 18th, me and other talented LOTR builders have come together to build a scene each from the movie to honor Peter Jackson and his teams’ faultless on-screen adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s book.
Like last year, we have built 20x20 vignettes, and I just had to choose to build a scene in Rohan. 4 years after I built the Golden Hall of Meduseld, I wanted to give the interior a go and this was a perfect opportunity. The scene depicts Gandalf the White and The Three Hunters arriving in Edoras to free King Theoden from the shackles of Sarumann (March 2nd, 3019 TA). It's not my best work, as I had to build this the last 24 hours. I especially like Theoden's throne. Hope you like the MOC! (The value of the figures in this MOC is about €300)
Because I do nearly everything in 3s, this is the first MOC in a mixel-joint-based miniland plus series with heavy emphasis on color and emotion. The vignette takes up a ~32x32 footprint in a circle. Completed in March 2023. Only uses the following colors: Black, Dark Blue, Dark Azure, Medium Azure, Dark Bley, Light Bley, Light Aqua, and White. Won Best Vignette at Brickworld Chicago 2023. The Dino Tail addiction is real.
I used to love baking with my Nan. It's what got me interested in becoming a chef, we would bake simple cakes and biscuits and I'd always get told off for licking the mix off the mixer blades, even though it wasn't plugged in I was warned that I'd be tongue tied if it started up.
Legend has it that deep in the jungle, a magical lake is home to a colossal species of flamingos.
Their gigantic nature is said to be linked to an abandoned temple built nearby.
Here's my entry for the first prompt of RebelLUG's Vignweek 2020 contest, with the theme of a lair. Doing the Batcave was my first idea for this, despite never having watching any of the Batman movies before (which yes, I need to fix), and it seems like a few other people had the same idea too. Anyway hop you like it, I'm fairly happy with it, the rocks could definitely be better but I like how the overall look of this turned out, especially for it being built in less than half a day!
We'll see if I end up having enough time to get any more of the days for this contest done, but regardless, check out the contest and see everyone's submissions in the RebelLUG discord, I guarantee there will be lots of great entries!
The thin line technique is something I first saw used by BBricks Studios.
Detail pictures available here.
It only has 3 colors, but I think it looks nice. Also, it happened by accented. :P
And my name is in the picture! Try to find it! xD
The relict we discovered and brought to the temple recently has proven to be highly interesting. While its form looks organic at first, it was definitely artificially constructed. We did not dare to touch it, yet, but first analysis revealed it to be slightly warmer than room temperature. It seems to emit a slight glow at all times, which seems to be pulsating in a way. Research suggests it is at least a few thousand years old and some of the markings scratched into the outside suggest its has been involved in the Mandalorian wars to some extend. The most unnerving thing however is how it feels in the force. It almost feels… alive in a way. The force is in turmoil whenever it is around. My master and me are now preparing to meditate and grasp the traces it leaves in the force. Maybe this will be the key to both, past and future of the force.
Log entry of Padawan Jonastan Kirmund, one day before he and his master fell into a comatose force trance, which they have not woken from until today

I am back! I assembled this little vignette months ago, but only now got to take photos of it. More builds are on the way though, with a big one coming up mid march!

Parts of the gunship crashed down on the landing platform, and then silence, followed by screams of wounded civilians.
"We need to get down ASAP! Secure the perimeter and get all wounded out there! And try to find the doctor, we can only hope she is not injured too severely and can take care of the patients''.
"Yes sir!!!!"
You could hear the roar of the separatist gunships getting louder and louder the closer we get to the platform.
"Sergeant!! We found the doctor; she is jammed below some engine parts of the gunship below the landing platform!"
"We need to get down to her ASAP! And get a bacta tank ready she might be severely injured!"
Sir, yes sir!

This is my entry for mission 1.1a of the 253rd Elite Legion RPG.

„Did we get on the wrong shuttle? This feels an awful lot like vacation.“ Linx chimed through the com link. „Tell them when we’re back at camp, maybe they can get the breakfast buffet ready.“ Bruiser groaned, half amused, half annoyed. He was walking a few meters behind me and his armor shone in the morning light as the sun slowly rose above the endless fields of Dantooine. This indeed did not feel like the action packed, dangerous mission command had sold it as. The dark acolyte the Legion had encountered on Rhen Var was supposed to hide here somewhere, but as long as he wasn’t a shape shifter that had turned into a bird, there was no sign of him anywhere. Every once in a while I took a look through the scope of my rifle, but there was nothing to see apart from a few mice and rabbits among the grass and the occasional bird flying overhead. This was by far the most boring patrol we’d done in ages, though, admittedly, with one of the best views. Something told me I’d miss it, once we were in action again, but right then I’d gladly had been shot at by a battalion of droids, just to escape the monotony. „Alright boys, let’s get back to camp. Breakfast should be ready any time now.“ „Any idea what’s on the menu today, Sarge?“ Linx laughed, knowing full well it’d be the same tasteless ration cubes as every day. „I’d say Roba sausages and Mon Cala algae salad.“ Bruised was in a good mood after all. „I’ll have a Nerf steak and fried eggs then.“ Linx answered. „And you, Sarge?“ I hesitated for a moment. It had been a while since I had some solid, tasty food and for a second I could not remember the taste of any of it. „I’d love some chicken.“ I finally chimed, pointing at one of the birds nearby. „Lucky you, ration cubes all taste like it anyway.“ Linx laughed, though, for a moment we all wished the cubes really had a flavor to them and be it only chicken.

My foot injury has healed and I finally managed to finish my entry for mission 2.1 of the 253rd Elite Legion. Not sure, whether I can whip up the other parts of the mission in time, though. Anyway, I hope you had a tasty breakfast today and can enjoy a view like Dantooine this summer somewhere.

Here's my entry for the first prompt of RebelLUG's Vignweek 2021 contest, with the theme of ancient. I chose to do Ancient Rome and showcased some gladiators in an arena. Hoping to actually build for each prompt this year unlike last year, so keep an eye out for my next builds for it!
2nd entry for round 2 of the Iron Forge 2023.
This time I went microscale.
I've used 13 tooth plates: 1 for each of the five figures, 2 for the chairs on the right, 4 for the altar and 2 for the clouds on the left window.
I'm quite happy with the look of the windows with the strings and the ice cream cloud.

After the meeting, I headed back to my bunk and sat down. I was still shocked by what happened today back on Rhen Var. That was a close call. This menacing Dark Acolyte was an actual tread to us. My men were not prepared to fight one of these sorcerers, or Jedi, or how they call themselves. I was never a big fan of them, not even General Kenobi, which was hyped as a war hero. They always lead us into battle without having the necessary training. It's easy for them with all their powers, but they forget to account for us—the real army of the republic. We are the ones who win the war and not the Jedi.
I remember back at the academy on Kamino. The regs were trained by this Jedi—Shaak Ti. She always treated them like children instead of warriors. I'm glad I'm part of the "experimental" class ARC troopers. Fenn "Cabur" Barlor taught us the ways of the ancient Mandalorian warriors. His teaching was very different from the ones for the regs. I doubt that without his lessons, I would have been able to get my whole squad unharmed out of this tomb.
Sometimes Fenn's teachings only begin to make sense when you need them. I remember how annoyed I was as he gave me this maintenance job.
"Get rid of all these Kaminoan crabs on the platforms. They disturb the aesthetics!!"
I thought this is some kind of punishment because I did not fulfill his expectations. These feisty little creatures crowded the whole place, and it was difficult, tedious, and painful work. There were tons of it, and as soon I tried to remove them with the broom Fenn gave me, they attacked me. After a hard day and having clamp marks all over my body, I realized this could not be the way to go. I need to change my strategy. So on the next day, I did not try to get rid of all of them at the same time.
I started to tackle each, yet so small, crab by itself. Of course, one on one, the crabs had no chance against me. Soon after two days, I did it. All the Kaminoan crabs were back in the sea.
But now I see his teaching behind this. The work may be difficult and may seem overwhelming, but even the most complex situation can be solved if you take small steps.

There is no home, there is the road.
There is no destination, there is the journey.
There is no monotony, there is wonder.
There is no guide, there is the Force.

Today I noticed that all my builds so far this year have exclusively been for challenges, collaborations, contests and RPGs. I feel like I’m putting a lot of pressure on me when I build these days. So, today I seized the opportunity to build something just for myself again. After watching chapter 4 of The Mandalorian yesterday, this little peaceful build came to mind, including a droid, kind of similar to that seen in the episode. I hope you like it!
The desert holds many dangers, some natural, others man made. Never let down your guard!

A small and simple vignette, partially inspired by Assassin's Creed Origins. Finished this a while ago, but only now had time to upload it.
...The engineer emerges from a pipe, and finds himself outside the plant in the dark of night. As he climbs out of the gooey pool of chemicals and sees his scars, the Joker laughs his first laugh.
Cathlyn had seen several weak security systems, but this one was plain ridiculous. It almost seemed like the Centuri wanted to be attacked. There was literally a single switch that controlled all of the power grid for this facility. And if they were so kind to install something like this, she would certainly use it. Cathlyn had decided that a hunt for her target Jorik Kavas was pointless. She knew Zayne would be just as quick to find him as she would be. That was a risk she couldn’t take. She had to be the first to find Kavas. So, she had decided to make him come to her. The disabling of this facility was certain to attract his attention, so he would leave his hideout and become an easy target. He had always been a man with an urge to control and inspect, thus he would definitely want to check this, admittedly serious, security failure himself. Caitlyn flipped the switch. The room went dark immediately. Then an alarm went off. Caitlyn looked around and was startled by the sight of the doors closing. This shouldn’t be happening. She drew her sword…

Even though the Struggle for Klegon RPG kind of ended a few years ago, I decided to bring back my character Cathlyn the Hunter for this small vignette. Who knows, maybe she will show up every once in a while in the future.

My entry to the 12x12 category for the Summer Joust contest.
(the base is 12x12, 10x10 not including the border)
This build was inspired by the awesome Viking minifigure from CMF series 20. Although for the sake of the story, he’s a knight.
I haven’t built too many little vignette style builds like this. I want to do a full scale vignette series in the future, so this was a little practice! Hope you like it, any thoughts are welcome!
[See it on the cake here (coming)]
Today, May 3rd, is our first wedding anniversary!!!(Already!?!?)
When we were deciding on cake design for the wedding Erin asked me if I wanted LEGO topper/s. (I love her so much!!!) I replied as any AFOL would, with a resounding "YES!!! I love you!" This is the fourth in the series of 5 vignettes I made for the occasion.
Each vignette symbolizes a step or period in the relationship. This is rather obviously the last, being the wedding. These are actually our wedding colors; dark blue, violet and silver (/white). I actually wore a silver vest, and that was the closest torso to Erin's dress.
I've been uploading the other four, but there is still several shots to go, of them at the reception, etc. so stay tuned!!!
Thanks for viewing along so far!
I recently won best vignette at BrickFest for these. Erin was very happy!!!
I will also be loading shots of them on the cakes in the days to come.
Every weekend, Princess Anna sneaks away with her breakfast to finish the meal at a window bench along the east side of the castle's state hall. From there you can see past the deep forests all the way to the high mountains. Anna wants to travel beyond the horizon, and explore the world she reads about in the library's dusty books. On summery mornings like this, the castle feels incredibly dreary and boring. If only her father the King could understand why she needs to get away, if only for a moment...
Built for the 12x12 Vignette category in Summer Joust 2022. See Vignette for overview of the moc.
Note: The window seat area with a non-rectangular space (to maximize light inlet I guess) is inspired by a real seat I saw in Vadstena Castle, Sweden a week ago.
Here's my entry for the fifth prompt of RebelLUG's Vignweek 2021 contest, with the theme of futuristic. I knew I wanted to do something that involved drones/mechs, and I've always liked the idea of futuristic street racing as a concept to build, so I chose to combine them here. On top shows the race itself as well as a suite with spectators, and below is where racers get recharged between races. I'm really happy with how the racers turned out, hope you guys like this too!
You can see some close-ups here.
3nd entry for round 2 of the Iron Forge 2023.
This time I went underwater.
I've used 18 tooth plates: 2 for the teeth of the monster and 16 for corals/plants.
It was quite fun to add all the colorful bits, including some hair pieces. The floating thing it's supposed to represent some sort of net/plastic in the ocean, the part is a LEGO cloth bag/spider net.

Being stationed at Malastare is as exactly as boring as it gets. Nothing happened since the start of the clone wars where the CIS attacked Malastare, and our electro-proton bomb's detonation awoke the last Zillo beast.
Our command is to keep Malastare free from any CIS activity and ensure the Galactic Republics' fuel reserves. Our daily business here on Malastare is passing the time in the outpost and checking all the scanners for any activity.
Today around 3 p.m. GST (Galactic Standard Time), our scanners finally picked up a signal on the southern hemisphere in pristine nature. This was very unusual! Usually, our scanners picked up some signals from old battle droid scraps in the mining sector.
Finally, some action! I thought. Our squad geared up and was assigned to a reconnaissance mission lead by Jedi Knight Vrar D'resk, a Devaronian, and his Padawan Rel Gon.
After scouting for hours, we finally reached the position where our scanners picked up the signal. Suddenly I got a message on my Holo-pad by Chancellor Palpatine himself!
Captain Jastaar, the time has come, execute Oder 66!
Everything changed within a second. our boring reconnaissance mission transforms into a battle as we have not seen since we left the 253rd Elite Legion. But this time, everything was different. The Jedi have betrayed the Galactic Republic and need to be executed for their war crimes!!!
Fire!!!
Vrar D'resk and Rel Gon could barely draw their lightsabers, and it was already over...

This is my application for the Dark Times RPG.
I’ve been admiring Simon Stålenhag’s art since several years … yet I always shied away from attempting to build something to emulate his unique and fascinating style. Honestly, I felt I couldn’t pull it off … but as soon as I saw how well the TV series can translate his paintings into the real world I thought I might give it a shot.
Here's my entry for the second prompt of RebelLUG's Vignweek 2021 contest, with the theme of historical (being defined as roughly 500 AD to 1800). I wanted to try and do something more out of the box than just medieval or pirates, as I figured that those themes would be done a lot here. So, I went with something from early US history, and chose to depict Benjamin Franklin and his famous kite experiment that helped us understand the connection between lightning and electricity. I'm really happy with how this build turned out, I'm very pleased with how the cloud and lightning bolt turned out, especially after my first attempt at the lightning bolt was pretty garbage. I do wish I could've figured out a better way to hide or reduce the trans-clear bricks but unfortunately I needed the support for the cloud and lightning bolt. Anyway, hope y'all like it and check back for more builds soon!

As soon as all the gunships landed on Dantooine and the base camp was set up, Jester assigned us to patrol the perimeter south of our camp. Time to enjoy the beautiful scenery on Dantooine, the farmlands. War has not yet reached this place. The farmers were growing their crops, and birds were peacefully singing their chants.
"Sergeant!! Something is moving in the corps right there!! There is a dark shadow!!"
Take cover behind the tree!! Careful! We don't want this to end up as on Rhen Var! Could it be? Is the Dark Acolyte really on Dantooine!?!
Corporal, check the field for anything unusual!

Here's my microscale castle entry for Brickscalibur and Colossal Castle Contest.

A closer look at yesterday's vignette.
„I am not proud of what I did. Of course, the Republic needed us in the war. We couldn’t allow the Mandalorians to invade a thousand worlds and kill innocent Republic citizens. Yet, sometimes I wonder, wether they were the monsters or we were. We ended so many lives. The general always told me that it had to be done and that we were fighting for life. And even though we believed him, we all could see how much it hurt him inside. He never said a word, but I could see it in his eyes. When the war was over, it was said that he was exiled by the Jedi order, but I have the feeling that he knew, he had to go. He had to find himself and come to terms with everything he had done. And so did I. What we did was wrong and now, it is time to actually save lives, rather than end them for a greater cause. That’s why I am here on Telos, to rebuild what was lost and save the very roots of life, rather than cutting them off forever.“
- Bao Dur about his decision to work as a shield engineer in the Telos restoration zone.

An actual KotoR 2 vignette for a change. I had this one finished for a month now, but had so much else upload first.
As I was heading back home from the fields today, I saw my nephew at the landing platform again. He was wearing the old pilot overall he got from Cormac at the space port a while back. In fact, I’m not sure, if he’s ever taking it off again. Sometimes he even sleeps in it, I think. He was sitting there, eating cookies, drinking blue milk and looking at the setting twin suns. He’s been doing that, ever since his dad left to work on that transport ship. That was three years ago. I wonder, if he knows his dad isn’t coming back. He looks at the sky day and night and keeps saying he’s going to be a pilot one day. He’s a good boy. I know I will have to let him go some day and I hope the sky holds whatever he is looking for in it.
______________________________________________
I always wondered how many young people like Luke Skywalker there are in the Star Wars galaxy, wishing to be a pilot and travel the universe.
After being sick for over two weeks, finally there's another upload. Originally, I wanted to participate in SHIPtember and post my first WIP today. However, I still have to work on my term paper and a lot of other things, so I fear I can call off SHIPtember once again. Anyways, I have a few more completed builds in store, so stay tuned.
Unhorsed and angry, white knight Ardwa Dolen prepares to do battle with a masked demon he has encountered on the salt flats. He faces his doom, spear in hand; he will die, but he will not die quietly.
Simple little build I did a few days ago to try out this new water technique! I’m pretty happy with how the water turned out, and while I knew it would be parts intensive it’s even more intensive than I had expected. Originally I was going to do the whole thing with water but I realized I didn’t have enough of the bars to do that, which is why there’s the pretty meh rockwork that I had to do while balancing all the bars. This is around 250 bars I think, for a 4x10 area, so yeah, probably not something I’ll do again as it would require an insane amount to do anything larger. Anyway, hope you all enjoy this!
„I’m out!“, I screamed as I dove into cover. Shab, this was bad. We had not expected opposition before reaching the city limits, especially not in this force forsaken jungle! But then, out of nowhere, this di’kutla commando droids appeared. They had isolated us from the rest of our strike team and pushed us to the edge of a little landing pad. Bab, bap, bap! Sergeant Linx was hammering staccato salves of deece fire into the nearest clanker’s chest. I slung my rifle back over my shoulder. Where the shab was my knife? „Command, this is CT-8304, strike team theta. Hard contact! I repeat, hard contact! Sector 4.7. We need immediate backup!“ I shouted into the comlink. „Argh!“ A flesh of light passed me and Kilroy dropped to the floor, a smoking hole, where his chest should have been. „Man down!“ I screamed, but there was no-one to hear me. Linx was still laying down fire, as I pulled the remains of Kilroy to cover. „I repeat, we need backup, now!“ But I knew it was too late. Linx’s deece spat out its last bullet and he too drew his sword….

Here’s my part of the Muunilinst collab. This was a lot of fun to build, especially since I usually don’t do that much landscaping and freeform. Also, it was nice to use those commando droids for once. Check out part 1 and part 2, too!
While some Jedi, like Yoda and Ki-Adi Mundi, did field work and served the order in battle even at advanced age, not all older Jedi saw themselves fit for that task. Many Jedi veterans, no longer wanting to put their lives in danger, took up other roles within the order. While some served as librarians in the temple archives, others dedicated their lives to a deeper study of the force or chose to write down what they had experienced over the course of their active duty. Many also decided to train younglings, the future of the order, in an effort to pass on their wisdom, acquired on their journeys through the galaxy.

„Check point 2, come in.“ „Check point two, Sakana, here.“ „What’s your status?“ „Perimeter is secure. Protestors have reached our position, but remain peaceful.“ And I sure hoped they would stay that way. Right after our arrival on Corellia, we had been immediately brought to the outer check points of the GAR facility. A security ring had been established and a line around the facility had been marked. Our orders were clear. No protestor was to cross this line. Any violation would be met with force. The protestors in front of me were clutching tools like hammers, screwdrivers and crow bars and screaming at us in a wide range of languages. I could overhear some slurs and insults in their chants. I activated the noise filter of my armor and switched to intercom. „Watch those tools. The surely haven’t brought them for fun.“ „At least we know who to ask for help, if the walkers need sudden repairs.“, Koi laughed. He was never short of a joke. Just then, the protestor closest to us started walking towards the line. „HQ, protestors approaching. We might have a situation here.“, I reported as I activated my energy shield. „Stop right there, citizen!“ The woman didn’t listen. „0.5 meters to contact, prepare for attack!“, came a voice over the com. Shab, this was going to be a long day…

Kicking off the „Riots on Corellia“ campaign with a quick build. This was a lot of fun to build and a perfect opportunity to re-use some of the techniques I applied in Uncertain Ways and this small vignette. I’m looking forward to the next part of mission 17 of the 253rd Elite Legion.
[Mission Log 000, Sergeant Sakana]
No matter what they say, you can never trust intel. This lab should have been an easy target. Single layer bio-hazard doors, only two back-up systems for the alarm and no more than 20 clankers on the first levle, my shab. We almost ran out of thermal wire after the third heavy blast door and we had to take out the main generator to stop the alarm a fourth time. And as for the clankers, there seems to be a whole battalion down here. Anyway, orders are orders and we will see this thing through.
„Open Circle Command, this is Blue Squad, we cleared the first level. I repeat, first level, all clear!“

After years of not participating in any RPG group, I decided to give it another try and apply for the 253rd Elite Legion. I am curious what will come out of it and how active I'll be. I am probably most excited to write some clone wars era stories again, especially, since I will try to write them by old canon rules, in a Republic Commando kind of style. Let's hope I get accepted.
„Okay, Class, here’s the scenario. You have just defeated a dozen of battle droids. The only one still standing is a perfectly functional B2-Class Superbattledroid. Usually, it would not stand a chance against you, but your DC is jammed. Reinforcements are coming, but they are still six clicks away. What do you do?“ Almost all hands shot up. „Yes, class?“ They answered in unison. „Standard procedure is to fall back, take cover, wait for reinforcements and perform standard weapon maintenance procedure.“ „Congratulations, class, you are all dead and reinforcements are still two clicks away.“ „What?“ „The average time for target elimination of a B2 class droid is two seconds. You are dead, before you have even turned around to run. All of you, except…. yes, CT 2964/6181, what would you do?“ I asked the only boy who hadn’t raised his hand earlier. „Sir. The best option would be to attack. The only area outside of wrist blaster range is the droid’s own body. Thus, it would be required to leap forward and hold onto the droid. Then, blunt trauma could be inflicted on the droid’s optical sensors, using the disabled DC as a baton. This would render the droid’s targeting systems useless and buy enough time for reinforcements to arrive.“ „Very good. What’s your name?“ „Sir, you just called him by his num…“ „Not you, 04. Him. What’s your name?“ The boy hesitated just a heart beat, but understood. „Bonker, Sir.“ The kid even had humor or he had just read the rest of the class’ minds. „Class, Bonker here has just demonstrated the single most important characteristic of an ARC trooper: Creative thinking. By thinking outside of standard procedure, he has overcome a situation, most of you would have succumbed to.“ The rest of the class was utterly startled by these words and Bonker couldn’t even grasp what had just happened. „He has what it takes to become one of the elite. You all still have much to learn. That’s it. Class dismissed. Bonker, with me.“

My entry for the recruitment challenge of the 253rd Elite Legion. If you have what it takes to become an ARC trooper, build a 16x16 studs vignette, featuring your custom clone sig-fig and tag -TTROOPER-to apply for the group.
Back at the village, where the Legion had set up camp, the day went on about as uneventful as expected. As the sun was setting on the fields, Bruiser had turned to polish his Decee for the fifth time and Linx had sorted the remaining rations of nutrient cubes into neat stacks, which’s precise geometry could have won him a graduation certificate from the Alderaan Academy for Architecture. It was only when I was about to shed my gear to go to sleep, when a strange orange glow illuminated the dimm hut. „Are the locals having a bonfire out there?“ Linx said, half joking, but grabbing his helmet subconsciously. „Don’t know, let’s check it out.“ I responded and reached towards the door handle. Then, a loud bang could be heard and the ground was shaken by an explosion. We all rushed out of the building, blasters in hand. The silhouettes of the buildings were illuminated by a raging fire that had broken out on the other side of the village. The farmers were running from it, scrambling their belongings together, tripping over the uneven patches of plants that covered the ground. „Command, come in, it’s Talon Squad. What’s the situation?“ I spoke tensely into the com link, checking the street in front of us through the scope of my rifle. „Talon, this is Command. Seps closing in on your position from the north. At least a hundred droids with a lot more on the way, judging by scans.“ So intel had been right. „Seem’s we’re not the only ones on vacation here.“ „I should have thrown a towel onto the deck chairs at the pool then…“ Linx sneered. We advanced from building to building until we finally spotted the first shiny metal head emerging from the smoke. We opened fire in unison, mowing the first line of droids down immediately. Bruiser took position at the entrance of a smaller building to provide cover fire, while Linx and I pushed on. „SBD to your right!“ Bruiser yelled just in time for me to hammer the next round into the metal beast approaching. „Another dozen coming from the left, Sir.“ Linx said, changing the clip on his Decee. „Ready the detonators, we’re going to hit them hard. Make sure to aim well though, we don’t want to give the village a new pond.“ I said, gesturing at Bruiser. „With pleasure.“ he replied and took the first of a row of thermal detonators from his belt. As the next metal face plate poked around the corner, he threw it and hell broke loose. We were finally being shot at again and as I had expected, it was far less fun than I had assumed it to be.

A last minute entry form mission 2.2 of the 253rd Elite Legion, but one that was a lot of fun to build. The smooth form of the building was a challenge, but a great learning experience as well!
