The first render of a project I am very excited about, the Imperial City of Vardos. This design is being commissioned and built by Solid Bricks Productions and will be shown at a convention in the United States this year.

This project will be a huge 4x6 city including a courtyard (as seen), citadel, landing pad, AT-AT hanger and much more. I can't wait for the final result it will be epic!

The interior is flushed with everything from episode four, and the details from multiple books even with the multiple discrepancies in the back hyperdrive room and cargo room and whether there was a loading room or not.

The oliphant's head finished! That look some puzzling ;) I think the scale is pretty good, so now to move onto the massive body!

It works! It is quite fragile when putting the roof panels on, but once they are locked in it becomes rigid.

I can hit the roof with a good amount of force and it does not budge, so I consider that an engineering success!

I’ve always been fascinated by the Mil Mi-12 – the biggest helicopter ever built – so I decided to recreate it in LEGO form. Its unusual twin-rotor design and massive size made it a fun challenge to model, especially trying to capture the bulky fuselage and wide wingspan in brick form. The five-bladed rotors were especially hard to recreate, as well as the distinctive struts that support the structure. This render shows my take on the Mi-12, combining my love of aviation history with LEGO building.

I teach you the basics of how to create your own instructions, using the Step List, in Studio.
