So with Brandon Routh showing off his mug in that beautiful Kingdom Come Superman suit, it got me all riled up for one of my all time favorite books ever published by DC. I’ve never quite been able to capture Alex Ross’ art style in my builds (and trust me I’ve tried), but this old Patreon Exclusive from last year (that was lost to the chopping block from my GoJ series from TWO years back) was the closest I’d come to mastering that hazy watercolor look.
At any rate, I figured I’d release it from the vault and share it with you because it deserves some love :)
Inspired by Andrew Cookston, I wanted to do some more dramatic pictures, and with the start of October, DeadMan was a great choice!

My Lego Harleys minifigures. The first two from the left are my customs. And the last one ( IN THE RIGHT) is official Lego ( NOT MY CUSTOM), I just gave her a hair from zombie girl and painted it. I used Citadel and Game Color acrylic paints. The hair of the first Harley ( from the left) I made by myself and for two others I used zombie girl's hair)

I made these more than half a year ago, but since I didn't have much time, I didn't want to rush them. The characters from left to right are: Two-Face, Firefly, Joker, Bane and Solomon Grundy. My plan was to make these dark and really crazy so that's why Firefly looks like a fly that bursts fire and Bane has big minifig keychain arms. Grundy seemed a bit cool and Two-Face uses that folded sleeves technique I wanted to try out. Joker is just Joker. Still, I hope you like them!
Sorry for the bad quality... the really bad quality....
Left to Right: Green Arrow, Cyborg, Batman, Green Lantern, Superman, Wonder Woman, Hawk Man, Martian Manhunter, and The Flash.

My entry to Daultons contest.
Neil is probably my favorite author, so it made sense to make him. Put dream next to him, cause it only felt right.
Sorry I haven't posted recently. Been on a bit of a creative dry spell, but I've got something to post at the end of the month that's related to the contest.
Thanks again for everyone who entered, loved seeing everyone's entries.
