My actual entry for the year challenge on RogueBricks.de is an Roman tower, standing somewhere at the border of the Roman Empire.

Based on my MOC "All along the Nerdtower" I changed main things on this one, including a base, the fence, figures, ... and it will be also shown on the exhibition Bricking Bavaria 2021 in Friedrichshafen (Germany) end of the week. So it is also showable from all sides :D

I am still in love with the color scheme of the tower, medium nougat and dark orange. Si no change on this.

Brickscaliburs Micro-Castle category really gets me out of my comfort zone, this is the result

On www.RogueBricks.de we started to play our online LEGO RPG Nine Kingdoms again.

This time we had to build a MOC which shows the beginning of our first colony.

My settlers of the "Clan of Noormen" started to build a first wooden cottage - like they did back in old times in the kingdom of Kurvenheim.

Whaling may be an ancient outlawed practice but the Scrimshawed God demands appeasement with the bones of his domain. From carcasses thrown back out to sea to drown under sun and storm, the bones and teeth of leviathans will be remade into adornments for his followers. With every fragile engraving added, his power grows absolute.

'NO - I will not hang you in the tree next to your friends, BB8!'

It is the time of the year again where we look for a beautiful tree and a nice christmas decoration. Since I saw the first time BB8 I wanted to build that tree with the decorated round bricks. Luckily LEGO gave us some more designs.

Have a nice christmas time, guys.

Sixth and last entry for the actual castle contest "Nine Kingdoms - Blades of Light" on "www.RogueBricks.de"

This one shows a fight in a one of the cities of Kurvenheim, a land of the Nine Kingdoms.

(For this one I had 3 hours. Building onder pressure isn't my thing if you want to to it really good, with a lot of details, but I am happy that I made it anyway.

Once an icon, now a tormentor.

The Demon readies their magics as they deliver yet another soul to the numerous bloodied and beaten greedy stock brokers, corrupt finance consultants, and immoral titans of business that have stained the Fourth Circle of Hell in recent years. As the sin evolves so too must the shape of the monster that punishes them; a twisted symbol of strength from a past life made from the very cursed wealth that permeates the land.

Built for Round 2 of the Bio-Cup 2023

Theme: 9 Circles of Hell

Sub-theme: Greed

Inspired by the "Charging Bull" colloquially know as 'The Wall Street Bull' in New York City, USA

My entry for the second round of the RogueOlympics. This time the the theme is "Adventure". And as always in the Olympics you are only allowed to use a max of 101 parts.

I had a lots of ideas this time. And I also wanted to show another Little Robot. But after all I chose a pun which works better in English than in German though: |Adventure = Apeventure

I built a little Indiana Jones scene with 92 parts - and an ape of course. For me Indy was the one I wanted to be as a school kid. I saw his films and I also had the LEGO sets later. He was the one who made me interested in history and forgotten cultures. And of course finding treasures.

Hope you like this small MOC.

On monade the third round will start. If you are interested in participating, just visit www.RogueBricks.de

You will find all informations there in English and German.

My entry into LEGO Ideas' Ninjago themed contest: ideas.lego.com/challenges/57df9d8b-7fbb-40e8-aa14-405ea7a...

Sensei Wu loves to travel far and wide to experience nature. Flowers... Trees... Adventure... It's what a true sensei does.

I'm back again entering these awesome contests! Ninjago has and still is one of my favorite LEGO themes, so I definitely could not resist entering. This build was pretty fun to design, and I'm fairly satisfied with the final product. The foliage and plants were definitely a must to include, as that has been on my building to-do-list for a while now. The shrine was kind of an add on, so not too happy with how that turned out.

Took around 12hrs to design and photograph. Let me know what you think of this model in the comments below.

4th entry for round 2 of the Iron Forge 2025.

Seed parts were minifigure heads, I've used 5 here, 2 for the hay bales, 1 for the silo, 1 for the water tank and 1 for the tractor.

My last entry to this year's Space Jam contest. Really rushed this one, but I think the end result is ok. Let me know what you think about this build in the comments below. I will have many more builds coming in February, so stayed tuned for those. I might need to take a little break from building soon, (maybe around March), so activity might be low for a bit.

If you haven't already, feel free to drop a follow. Any support of my ideas and leaving comments really encourages me to continue getting better at building. That's all for now, thanks for viewing!

Challenge: Use the parts 4522 (Tool Hammer/ Mallet) and part 4006 (Tool Spanner Wrench/ Screwdriver).

Need to check out the entries of the other participants. You also should do that. Maybe with this Bumblebee Drone?

Third entry: Bumblebee Drone

In the treacherous Death Valley there is only one who is brave enough, skilled enough, and crazy enough to traverse the barren desert. Using his strange Sailing Stone to harness the wind, and protected from scorching sun by his prickly cacti armor, the journeys are slow and long, but leaving paths treaded in the sands of time.

2nd entry for round 2 of the Iron Forge 2023.

This time I went microscale.

I've used 13 tooth plates: 1 for each of the five figures, 2 for the chairs on the right, 4 for the altar and 2 for the clouds on the left window.

I'm quite happy with the look of the windows with the strings and the ice cream cloud.

Here's my entry for the 3rd day of VignWeek 2024. The prompt is Sci-fi Fantasy.

What if we put a group of fantasy characters into the post-apocalyptic science fiction of Fallout?

Well, here we have two fairies, a dwarf, a elf and wizard roaming the Fallout wasteland.

I never played the game, so I don't know if there is actually a vault 13.

Stretchy's Domino Rally paradise

My contribution for the current round of RogueOlympics. Topic of the week: Reaction.

I immediately had to think of my kindergarten days and the first self-constructed experiments in which a reaction was in the foreground of the fun: A domino rally.

Again I built in a Little Robot, this time Stretchy who seems to love this fun too. 88 parts in total.

Here's my yearly Christmas MOC. Last year Santa had some relaxing time at the onsen, but this time he decided to invest in a ride upgrade, let's call it a water sleigh.

His helpers are with him, preparing for the latest letters and deliveries. In the background a good old microscale forced perspective.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Second Round of Iron Forge.

Challenge: Use the parts 4522 (Tool Hammer/ Mallet) and part 4006 (Tool Spanner Wrench/ Screwdriver).

For Brickscaliburs 12x12 Vignette category

3nd entry for round 2 of the Iron Forge 2023.

This time I went underwater.

I've used 18 tooth plates: 2 for the teeth of the monster and 16 for corals/plants.

It was quite fun to add all the colorful bits, including some hair pieces. The floating thing it's supposed to represent some sort of net/plastic in the ocean, the part is a LEGO cloth bag/spider net.

Contest entry for the recent contest on www.RogueBricks.de "Adventure Awaits".

The theme gives pretty much possibilities, but Indiana Jones and Johnny Thunder came directly into my mind.

As it is June, the son of Johnny has to go on an adventure to find the golden bananas on Skull Island. HIs name? Juney Thunder - (as Simon and Markus would say ^^)

Let's take a step into the sculptor workshop, built on a 16x16 base.
