I made this part of the convent for the Brickpirate Challenge whose rule is a building on a plot limited to 32x32.

We can see an angle of the cloister where a monk is watering the plants.

My husband and I started a little LEGO contest a while ago to improve our building skills. Alternately each one of us sets a theme and both of us have to build a corresponding model.

This time we had to build a 16x16 vignette for a minifigure showing a typical scene of their daily life.

I picked the evil dwarf of the LEGO minifigure series 5 for my husband and he gave me the kimono girl of series 4.

Hello everyone, just wanted to share my prize for the first place winner of the Lugnuts 100th challenge, 100 ways to win, the Lego Technic 42030 VOLVO L350F Wheel Loader. Finally I'm done with building this great set, was very enjoyable to build and even more to play with, that's so much power functions in one set.

I'd never take this set down, it's like a trophy for me, plus, it looks very nice, huge and a joy to play with :-)

And here, I'd specially like to thank:

Now that April Fools is over, and we're judging Digital Forgery ...

If you were looking for something to build this month, wait no further! Just like any other month, April deserves its own theme – let us present April Tools!

Time to get those bricks out and build some replicas! Life-size or not, from real life or pop culture – just join us and have fun! :)

There’s a flickr group, there’s a hashtag, there’s a channel in the Iron Builder Discord – what are you waiting for?

Go grab a pitchfork or two, pocket a Sonic Screwdriver and a lightsaber, and don’t forget to bring your best knife to the gun fight – anything goes as long as you’re having fun and you’re building this April!

Pretty sure there’s that one thing you always thought about building, and what better time to do so than now?

Come join us on the Iron Builder Discord to chat #AprilTools and make sure to add your creations to the flickr group!

Builds tagged with the hashtag will be compiled together at the end of the month! This is not a contest, but there might be swag to be had ;)

And no: Despite the title this is not an April fool. We just liked the pun too much :D

Thanks for having the honor to make a video for this awesome MOC for markus1984 and Disco86 from IDS. What is your opinion to this Lego Jurassic World Park MOC? Leave a comment below and show it your friends. You would do them a favor, because they put a lot effort into this project. If you like check out the video to it and tell me your opinion www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZUtNiQIE_o

As you know I simply love making videos and I can't wait to show them :D

A perfect place to play, full of details and secrets. A group of friends around a game like D&D that allows imagination to mix with reality for a few moments. But beware, that parallel world can invade ours, although if so, enjoy what you can. Just be careful not to become a sheep.

One of my cherished films from the 1980s was "Labyrinth," featuring the youthful Jennifer Connelly alongside David Bowie. It's a cinematic gem set in a mesmerizing fantasy realm that continues to evoke cherished memories for me. I've long harbored a desire to bring to life the movie's most iconic scene: the Escher stairs sequence, where Sarah valiantly endeavors to rescue the child.

The set I've envisioned is a labor of love, meticulously crafted to capture the essence of this pivotal moment. At its core lies a miniature rendition of the labyrinth itself, intricately detailed to replicate its twisting passages and enigmatic allure.

But the magic doesn't stop there. On the reverse side of the set, nestled within Sarah's room, lies a treasure trove of Easter eggs.

My homage to "Labyrinth" is a tribute to the enduring magic of Jim Henson's visionary masterpiece.

I ventured a little outside my comfort zone and participated in a speed challenge on YouTube hosted by Mel Brown (Iceberg Bricks). The theme was Retro Video Games, so there's no way it couldn't be fun. I had a *lot* of black bricks lying around and Mortal Kombat was one of my favorite games as a kid. NES was only slightly harmed during the process.

Apparently I won People's Choice!

Guys, guys! Guess what!? I can do more than just MCS variants! Isn't that exciting!? ^^

I know that I'm playing a bit fast and loose with the SSC "rules" here, but I sorta mixed up the parts from the three sets doing other stuff, and well... it sounded pretty boring to try to split them all up again, so I just went with it. Besides "Medievals Max" counts as a set, right? Right? No? ^^;

Anyway, the two stations are fiercely guarded by the following noble warriors

The Leader: Rocket Rack (Ra), Radome (Y), Jump Jet (G)

The Lancer: Machine Gun (Rd), AP Lance (Rh), Shoulder Spikes (B)

The Heavy: Cannons (2Rd), Armor Plates (B), Third Leg (G)

Considering the number of parts I have left over, I feel like I should be able to squeeze out another frame, but it's mostly just plates and a few clip bars, so I couldn't get anything to come together.

As always, more views are available on my stream. ^^

I ran into this challenge on the The Mobile Frame Hangar the other day and couldn't resist playing along. Hoverskirt was my first attempt, and I was dissapointed by the relative smallness of the cone I used - while looking for something beefier I came across the "engine 3x3x6" and knew I had something good. I figure it rolls around on the "barrel" segway-style. In all fairness, it could probably benefit from a plate for stability.
