I'm new to Flickr, but I have made a lot of creations that I really like, and I wanted to start sharing them!
This is actually not a usual build for me, and was my first time experimenting with landscaping with physical bricks as well as my first time trying a realistic-ish tree. I hope you like it! Any feedback is appreciated!
Heat Miser and Snow Miser are the keepers of hot and cold weather introduced in the 1974 TV special The Year Without a Santa Claus. They seemed extremely appropriate for this week's Rogue Olympics theme of Temperature.
In addition to this, I played with color temperature in my design and lighting to place Heat Miser in warm lighting with warm colors and Cold Miser in cold lighting with cold colors.
Finally, I thought it would be fitting to use a thermometer element as Cold Miser's nose.
This uses the full allowance of 101 parts. I miscounted on my initial draft and had 111, but I barely managed to winnow it down.

My third build for the third round of Iron Forge 2025, using the seed part of stems as the whiskers. I also used the seed parts from the previous two rounds as an extra challenge.
This is my entry for round 6 of RogueOlympics 2025 with the theme word of "Attack."
This uses 95 parts out of the 101 part limit.
A horned creature from Central European folklore, Krampus is one of the companions of St. Nicholas, and punishes children who misbehaved during the year
“Hype Fazon's racer is a perfect match for his own pomposity: an over-the-top ship plastered with the names and logos of his many high-end sponsors. Beyond its extravagance, the racer boasts wings that can shift angles for maximum maneuverability while speeding through turns.”
~ Star Wars databank
A flashy racer that was surprisingly easy to design and build. The hardest part was replicating the sponsor decals into custom stickers, thankfully this was possible by concept art made available on starwars.com
It’s a beautiful and simple ship that I hope one day gets the LEGO set treatment. I just really want a Hype Fazon minifigure.
My second entry for round three of Iron Forge, it uses the seed part four times for his mohawk and for the 'M' on his jacket.

Brickish LUG selected me to represent them in a build challenge using 100 LEGO Star Wars Magazine foil bags provided by Fairy Bricks Charity.
With no building plan in mind, this MOC became something resembling the Sky Pirates storyline from LEGO NinjaGo.
I've been antsy to share this build! I was struck that Garmadon's helmet resembled mandibles, and the rest of it flowed from there.
I seem to keep returning to the subject of songbirds in my MOCs. I made this for the Mini Lego | 24 Challenge over on Instagram. The prompt for this was using a banana as a seed part.
An entry for the Medieval Micro catagory for Brickscalibur 2023. I've been wanting to use the DUPLO vine for this purpose for a while, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity.
One of my two entries for New Elementary's "Mind that Banana" contest. Another digital build, and this time by necessity since part 3566 doesn't come in dark orange. Aside from that, everything but the eyebrows should work (though it would be a very fragile build).
I made this creation for this 2024's LEGO House contest, and it was chosen for display. More pictures here....
A final last-minute orc for ORCtober. I think this is my favorite of the three. It was certainly the most difficult to design!
Technic functional goodness!
Even though I grew up with LEGO Technic before my semi-dark ages, my skills in it are still rusty. I struggled for weeks trying to make the 4-wheel drive, pendular suspension, steering, double V8 engine, and working flatbed.
Built for New Elementary Parts Festival, inspired by the Duomos of Florence and Milan.
See here for details on parts usage and build process.
Constructed in 1896 and finished in 1904, the Parliament building is Budapest's most visited landmark, and Hungary's most iconic building. The architecture is an indicator of Hungary's numerous artistic and aesthetic influences from all corners of Europe. The majority of the building utilizes gothic revival style influenced by the cathedrals of Western Europe, which is shown in the arches, columns, and spires. The iconic red dome and the rooftops are influenced by renaissance revival style, which is a staple of architecture in Southern Europe, which has had a large influence on Hungary's history.

One of my two entries for New Elementary's "Mind that Banana" contest. It's been a while since I built anything digitally, but part 3566 really caught my fancy, so I had to have another go at it. As best I could tell, everything here would work with real bricks in existing colors.
My fifth entry for round 2 of Iron Forge 2024, which used the seed parts 9 times (though one is obscured by cheese).
Inspired by Hachiroku's VW Bus (copied really), I changed the shaping to be more rounded and angled.
Not much else to be said about this build. Lots of crazy building techniques involved. Took me months to design the front.
Here's a miniature version of set 21325 that I made for Tips&Bricks' "Miniaturize an official LEGO set" competition a few months back.
Where I come from, the most notable green pointy things are mountains, so that's one possibility that came to me quickly for using the green, pointy seed parts from the third round of Iron Forge.
This was inspired by the prompt for the preliminary round of Bio-Cup 2024, but I didn't submit it since I would not have been able to participate in future rounds.
As a builder who has rarely touched constraction, I am quite please with how it turned out!
My first entry for round 3 of Iron Forge 2025, with flower stems as the seed part. I used the seed part for the nose/face, hands, and broom.
I tried to emulate the ambiance from some of the official stage photos, but it was difficult without a better lighting setup.
Here is a close-up of the dragon from my entry for The Enchanted Forest category of Brickscalibur 2023.

Building something using only pieces from the Pick-a-Brick wall at your local LEGO Store can be fun, but building something that looks good is quite difficult. The limited palette of basic bricks, plates, very few SNOT pieces, and almost no slopes or wedges made this a challenge.
I'm just happy the Pick-a-Brick wall always has a few really useful pieces for advanced building, such as plates with clips which made the tail, fins, and mouth able to move.

A custom build of Boston, Massachusetts in the style of LEGO Architecture Skylines series

I always hear that phrase describing animals, but does it apply to dragons as well?

A real-life comparison and digital model evolution graphic I did, inspired by LEGO Architecture's blueprint graphics on box packaging. The MOC is almost perfectly to scale with the real building, the only differences being the shape of the dome and the placement of arches of windows, due to the limitations of LEGO bricks at this scale.
