“A strange character can sometimes be spotted - usually on a starry night - swooping in and out of view around Mechtropolis in what appears to be an odd mechanized vessel.
Only a few “lucky” denizens have ever seen him, and his activities have become an urban legend. Some say he is part of some sort of crime syndicate, others think he is somehow connected to the vanished ministry of past and future, collecting artifact debris that appears from space-time rifts. Some yet insist he isn’t real.
Whatever the case may be, he has become known as simply “the Admiral”. What function do YOU think this mystery mech serves?
