...and quickly growing impatient. Remember this photo? I was referring to the fact that someone owes me some money, and it's not a small sum, either. This Friday it'll have been three weeks since that last photo and I've still not seen another cent from him. When he and I had that confrontation, he threatened not to pay me, and even pretty much invited me to sue him in a court of law. Please note that I wasn't the one to bring up the idea of a law suit. I wasn't even entertaining the idea, because I'm not by nature a litigious person. I think the courts are already too full of frivolous lawsuits. However,...
...when our next payday comes around, it'll have been a month, and if I don't receive any more money towards paying me what's owed me, I will make an appointment to talk to a lawyer. This guy doesn't want me to take this to court. I've copies of signed agreements showing that he owes me this money. In fact, I've more than enough legally binding agreements that we both signed that will bury him if this should have to go to court, and then he'll not only pay me what he legally owes me, he'll also be responsible for the court costs I'll have incurred, as well as my legal fees. Plus, the court could also decide that he should also pay me for the aggravation of having had to wait as long as I have for my money.
Believe me, I'm not boasting when I say that this guy hasn't an ice cube's chance in hell of winning in court against me.
