Full frame flame, full frame flame, fur flame fame ... wow, try to say that 3Xfast.
This is a photo of my sweet vintage AE-1 Canon 35mm Film camera. It's funny how a full frame digital camera with an F/1.4 50 mm lens can be around 3,000 CAD! when you're staring at a $100 optical equivalent.
I wanted to make something funky for today's shot as well as give a shout out to my boys at the Full Frame Show, keep up the great job Ren, Chris, Mark and Nile. Thank you for the SHOW.
To make this photo I used bulb exposure mode on the AE-1 and propped the shutter button down with a hair pin to keep it open. I placed a candle behind the AE-1. I used some small LED flashlights to light the front of the camera and 1/13th of a second later at F9 ISO 800, voilà, we have our photo of Day 116.
This one's quite large, about 6" high. Premo translucent.

Mijn voorraad balken is op. Waardoor ik de draagconstructie voor de baanverlichting niet af kan werken. Aangezien niet geweten is wanneer we weer hout kunnen kopen heb ik een noodplan bedacht. Afgekeurd IKEA meubelpaneel werd in panden gezaagd die prima geschikt bleken als draagconstructie voor de ledlampen.
We kunnen weer verder en het resultaat ziet er nog goed uit ook.
De ledverlichting hang ik 10 cm voor de voorzijde van de baan. Hierdoor vangen de trekhendels van de wissels ook wat licht.

Salva me ha regalado un Gorillapod y una lámpara de LEDs que cambia de color (aka myPFC).
Estuve haciendo algunas fotos a la lámpara con diferentes colores, para esto el Gorillapod es de lo más útil, fijas la cámara (en cualquier sitio, el brazo del sofá también vale!) y tienes todas las fotos desde el mismo ángulo.
(la foto está hecha con el móvil, disculpad la calidad... la Pentax estaba sin batería :P)

The led went out. This photo shows the size of the board and the dead transistor. This is taken from the screen of a video microscope, on a borrowed Kodak digital camera, whiich is why there are some strange reflections (fluorescent lights) in it.The transistor was easy to identify and obtain, an FMMT617.
