Look, not a wave or beach in site..The following photographs are all from a property situated along the back road to Hat Head and I have been asked to record some images of this rather unique hay shed before it falls over or blows away..It was built over 60 years ago by the owner Noel who still lives on the property..The shed is built from local timbers and as you can see it has stood the test of time rather well although it is starting to get a quite remarkable lean on it..Built high of the ground to avoid flood waters the hay and other produce was stored up top whilst the farm vehicles were parked underneath..I hope you enjoy this set..Cheers Peter..

When convoluted reason asks questions, the idler can recline and to transform into a philosopher. Reason needs age and mastery, a leaned skill. But when the most fundamental of questions snuggle into the neurons, the electric flashes halt in their paths to muse. And muse. And muse.
For when the heartstrings tug, there are no answers. Only questions.
Separate, discrete, and not threaded. Not viable to reason, they rise above with a freedom in expressing themselves.
And the idiots that we are stand and muse. Miracles are not children of answers.
That is why, the distances that separate can sometimes connect the consciousness.
O.k. Yet another old rotting building. This is not a barn, I don’t think. I believe it’s a Feed barn and a Trappers Dry House. Or whatever they are called. It has Four rooms and a feed stall. A place to fatten up a Cow before…..Well you know. And a big room for hanging skins to dry. There’s still a deer skin on the outside above the door. I remember when it looked like a deer skin. First time I have ever got a close look at it. In the summer its completely covered in vines and growth .Hard to shoot because of all the growth around it now. but I tried.
Theo's vehicular skills are demonstrated by his commitment in the turns as he lets the bike lean over and allows on the speed to get him through and upright again.

Sweet story...their two nearly adult kids were both leaving the next day for foreign shores to study abroad.....and I asked them, just prior to taking this image, "How long has it been since the two of you h ave had the house all to yourselves?" She leaned into him and said, "22 years!" It was so sweet. They were both beside themselves about the kids both being so far away....but then again...they've obviously got each other.....

One of a group of three 17th century roundels, installed in the East window of St Peter's church, Nowton, in the 1970's by Dennis King of Norwich, in order to complete the set of Flemish glass. These three roundels came from Dagnam Park, near Romford, home of the Neave family, which was demolished in the 1940s.
