This is a leaflet found in a book. It was distributed during the 1960s. The chinese text is roughly translated as : Protest against the Hong Kong British government robbing the wealth of people. How much saving, and income do you have, and how much has been robbed? Money devaluation, general inflation, how much burden has been added to your family? The British Hong Kong government must return the money! They must immediately restore the value of the money! Let's get together and overthrow the government, only then we would have a stable live.

Back from a week in the Peak District, today was a day of unpacking, laundry, and putting stuff away. And this pile of bits and pieces brought back lots of memories - a week of sunshine and showers, family & friends, ancient sites, gorgeous scenery, waterfalls, a steam train, lots of libraries, tradition and a world heritage site.
