New pitcher of N. macfarlenii - SG plant. One of my favourites.

Heat up the edges using a hair dryer and use a exacto knife blade to pry away at the lcd.

I wanted to remove as much of the old glue as possible.

And LCD and its glass is back to new. Will be placing a screen protector glass over it soon. Waiting for arrival of ordered GGS protector.

Keep the LCD clear of dust. Work in a clean place and do not un-necessarily wipe the screen if you don't have to. I wasted a lot of time once I touched it.

Once the blade is in and screen lifts at one side, heat up the screen and gently run the blade all over to remove the glue.

Gently, slowly and carefully attach the glue sticker to glass edges. Be careful. I messed it up the the top right corner. Do not peel all at once from the big sticker...do it slowly.

Now plant the new screen directly into the cavity. Make sure the LCD is free of dust and the back of the glass is also spotless. I have a single small dust speck which I noticed later...but not too bad at all.

The glue is supplied as a separate sticker.

2 years ago just before Christmas, I came across a woman who had tipped her little car on its side. While helping right the car, my phone fell out and was crushed. I never threw it away- always wanting to get the pictures out of it. Recently, I found a screen for that model on Yahoo Auctions, bought it for 500 yen (+80 yen shipping) and it came yesterday (11.06.2006). Put it in last night and off to the races I go!

Doesn't even feel like using a screen protector. Does add thickness...but almost imperceptible.

Not taking any more chances. New GGS II screen protector for nikon D90. Fantastic product. Above and beyond my expectations.

No air bubbles. Spectacular product...absolutely no bubbles in space between protector and LCD> those bubbles on top are the top layer of protective film to remove after install. GGSII *salute* ...well done.

Above and beyond expectations for a 10$ screen protector. Hands down fantastic. Shame on nikon and canon for not providing this on a premium camera.
