PETER:
Today is laundry day.
OLEG:
No it is not.
PETER:
Yes it is.
OLEG: Monday is laundry day.
PETER:
I made Thursday a laundry day.
OLEG: (sighs deeply)

PETER:
Firstly, I was born naked and secondly, I am not naked because I still have my cap on.
OLEG:
I don't think it's decent
PETER:
Okay then ... I'll put the shirt back on.
OLEG:
That's the way it's supposed to be
PETER:
The shirt does not feel nice, it is still wet.
OLEG:
That gives you a beautiful bear coat
If I were looking for a vegetarian restaurant in Chinatown, I'd be hard pressed to go with the Lucky Creation Vegetarian Restaurant. I have a picture in my mind of walking through the kitchen and seeing the chef's laundry boiling on the stove. Maybe that's how they spruce up the flavor in those vegetarian dishes--laundry broth.

I have had gigs the last two nights so my posts are late.
Here is something bright and full of colour for my Sunday Slide.

Ivar matches the orange blanket so well.
At first, he didn't lay near the laundry until he saw Hazel doing it. Just as Hazel learned the wonders of sleeping on warm laundry from Sophie, Ivar has now been passed that joy from Hazel.
While exploring the Lofoten, North Norway, we found this spot and stayed for a few days. The campsite was very spacious with only a few guests but excellent facilities. We used it to do our laundry, as we often had no opportunity to stay at a campsite along our route, but simply parked off the beaten track in the countryside. This wasn't a problem in these sparsely populated areas. We got our water in canisters from petrol stations.
I took the photo in 1977 with an analogue Asahi Pentax SP II (M42) camera and slide film, then digitalised by using a a Nikon Coolscan film scanner and further edited in Photoshop Lightroom.

Since I've been back in Italy, I've been devoting myself to colourised, minimalist architectural photography again. Like last year, I'm trying to make pictures digitally rather than photographing them. Here is a laundry display from a window in Imperia (Italy). Below a digital art addition.
