Hello Everyone, the weekend is almost here! I was off today from work for an appointment in RL and had the afternoon free, so not wanting to loose an opportunity to take a photo logged in world and started ravaging my closet.
I wanted to do a simple chic fashion picture with a little rock and roll edge to it. I finally came across one of my favorite designers, Valentina E. and came across one of my outfits of hers i absolutely love. One can never wrong wrong with black and I love wearing the color, black is chic and elegant, simple and so versatile for anytime of the day, or in any situation. :)

as the coronavirus slowly makes it way in to Ireland we do what we have to to keep safe. i hope you are all taking care of yourself's and staying safe π
I'd always taken a shine to latex outfits (see what I did there) but up until a few weeks ago I'd resisted the urge to fully invest in one (I'd bought some gloves but that was it). Anyway being a little bit down for various reasons, in my funk I bought this dress on a whim, then left it in its box. As I was then somewhat unprepared for the extra effort required in just being able to wear it (cleaning and shining etc).
Anyway I finally got my arse into gear last Monday and was relatively pleased with the results. I'm still a bit too porky for how tight this is, but it didn't look quite as terrible as I might have imagined. I did also team it with my thigh high boots but felt it worked better with the stockings and these shiny ankle boots instead.

Taken in my hotel room in Esen at the EFM event in April before going downstairs to join hhe crowd. The House Of Harlot blouse is so striking and I got a lot of comment on this outfit. The latex pencil skirt and tights compliment it so well. I bought these fabulous shoes with this outfit in mind..

Another shiny sunny shot from Mach2 from a great weekend with Nina Jay who took this photo. We certainly got some good shots that day with exceptional weather for November.
The translucent black hood goes so well with this outfit giving the full contrast of the outfit. I'm also wearing my gorgeous 6" court shoes here which suit it so well. π

So happy with them and it's given me a boost after a long period of inactivity during Covid. It's certainly not been an easy time to cope with at times and my enthusiasm was low. But I'm so pleased with these and to still look good at my age.. A young 64 π. Thank you everyone π β€οΈ π
