Again make sure the spacer clips (between the intake rockers) are facing in a way where they can't be removed unless the valve train is off. Start with the center bolts and move outwards. Put everything in finger tight until everything is in place and then tighten down center out wards.

dip just the knot of the flare into the lash glue, using a light touch. there should only be a tiny amount of glue on the knot; if there's too much, tap it off on the foil.
