Welcome spring, let your tepid breath move the still young, fresh green leaves.
Open the stalls of the cows and let hem out along with their young calves, open the buds of the flowers and spread the softly sweet fragance of the blossoms.
Let us enjoy the most beautiful season of the year called spring........
If you read my post yesterday (arguably which I prob should have posted below this photo) you will know this shot at the beach at Dunstanburgh was not my plan for sunrise. But with the tide covering my foreground as it was a supper high tide at the Jigsaw rocks I replanned and rushed round to the Beach at Dunstanburgh. When I got there the sun had literally just risen and I missed that magical pre rise light by a few mins... so exposure of the low sun became difficult to control!
This was a scramble shot...having to work fast to catch the colour and the first composition that grabbed my interest on the beach... I liked how the incoming tide made an S curve lead in line because of a stream outlet on the beach.
I guess as only my third trip to Northumberland for photography it was very much a learning about locations day... I did get some nice shots... Id been hopping for moody grey skies through the day which are always good for seascapes... but instead I got blue sky which made for a tricky days photography... but I took a lot away from the day and will make my future visits all the more measured and prepared!
ALLEIN UNTERWEGS, ABER NICHT EINSAM
Es hat geschneit und es ist kalt. Sehr kalt.
Wenigstens befinden sich meine Füßen in wunderbar warmen Stiefeln.
Der Himmel ist strahlend blau und es ist eine Freude, so dahin zu gehen und die Natur zu genießen.
Allein.
Aber nicht einsam.
Menschen mit Hund sind auch unterwegs ...
Ever changing light!
Mornings like this one justify why I sometimes just setup the tripod and stay rooted to the same spot for sometimes over an hour.
Watching the blue hour tones give way to yellows, oranges and reds until the sun rises and shows the natural greens of the countryside and blue from the clear sky!
The rolling mist just adds some lovely atmosphere and mood to the conditions around!
