Cafes make great settings for photography. The no of cafes has grown considerably in recent years providing a temporary escape from shopping, an opportunity to relax and to do a little people watching. For the street photographer its a chance to document the rise in the number of cafes, people in a setting often with an interesting background and the interaction of people trying to relax in an oasis of calm.

I love this fabric, so i used it to transform a boring lampshade into something more interesting... I am proud of the result...
