The fluffiest and plumpest of warm milk buns housing a rich and umami ink-colour filling of seaweed (nori) hit the senses like an angelic choral - utterly deletable, made more moreish by the ethereal Katsuobushi Sabayon, which quite honestly, I was happy to scoop and polish off on its own as it is. Brought a big smile to my face. The buns, were already perfect on its own; they really did not need the Sabayon but I was happy to have it!

Vartalo-teemaiseen decoon. Decoilu oli jo melkein valmis kun aloin tekemään sitä miitissä. En meinannut keksiä mitään kunnes Griffin tuli ja nappasi pöydältä tuon punaiseksi maalatun muovin ja käski laittaa sen. Lopputulos on aika sairaan näköinen. Tuon muovin voi kuitenkin nostaa ja katsella itse kuvaa sellaisenaan.

Täytyy kyllä sanoa että ihan helvetin ällö decoilu.
