When I first found this wall in 2008 it was bare concrete with a couple of little spots of buff paint. Now it's become the place where I try new ideas and often just paint quietly by myself. Lots of civilians come through here and I'm always surprised at how friendly the locals are and how much they love the work. I think I have nine or ten pieces here at the minute.
This image was inspired by my dear friend Lizzy Pe. 5 layer post process using my own #20 Berry Patch texture and 2 Lil' Owls # 24 Lumen overlay.
The completed 550 piece jigsaw puzzle "Lab Family," from the lovely painting by Linda Picken, and manufactured by Karmin International.
Passers by in this hallway can glance over and see what's going on in the lab. A lab staffer has artistic skills, or knows somebody. As if the room needed help, this filthy sheet of glass provided a "grunge filter" for photos of the lab's beat-up cabinets, linked below.
I was asked to do a little picture for the reopening of the new and remodeled The Bay sim!
Liquid, Zie and Apple are busy in the Lab cooking up lots of goodness!
