BC Bike Race 2018
What a great mountain bike race. We have made it to the podium! 😊 Team Konstructive Dream-Bikes.com finished second overall in the Veteran 80 team division. After seven days of riding on finest single-tracks, more than 10.000 meters of climbing and a total race distance of 450 km we have reached the finish line in the sunny village of Squamish. We are completely stoked. What a fantastic mountain bike event. BC Bike Race keeps its promises.

DER REPARATURPROZESS
WELCHE SCHRITTE SIND ERFORDERLICH?
Revolution Sports beurteilt zunächst den Schadensfall im Detail, um die Reparaturmöglichkeiten zu prüfen. Dies ist möglicherweise mit Hilfe von Digitalbildern möglich. Falls es ein komplizierter Fall sein sollte, müssen die betreffenden Bauteile zu Revolution Sports eingeschickt werden, um die Begutachtung vor Ort mit den Spezialisten durchführen zu können.
Revolution Sports erstellt für die Reparatur einen schriftlichen Kostenvoranschlag.
Nach der Beauftragung wird das zu reparierende Bauteil zur Carbon-Manufaktur geschickt.
Im Anschluss an die Reparatur erfolgt die optische Aufbereitung. Nach Wunsch des Kunden kann das Bauteil lackiert oder beklebt werden, um den Originalzustand wiederherzustellen.

The repair will give you a very reliable and at times even sturdier construction than the original component had.

THE REPAIR PROCESS
NECESSARY STEPS
Revolution Sports assesses each case in detail to check the repair options available. This might be done through digital photos of the damaged product or if the case warrants it through first hand inspection. In that case the product has to be sent to Revolution Sports to be inspected by the in house specialist.
Revolution Sports creates an individual cost estimate for your case.
After the case has been commissioned by you, the product is shipped to the carbon manufacturer.
After the repair, the product can be re-painted or re-labeled to restore the product to its original state.

This is made by hand, actually tailor made to a lucky rider’s body dimensions by a real craftsmen in Europe, not by an Asian worker of a mass prodution factory.
Yes, the frame is a little bit heavier than it needs to be, it weighs around 950 g for a 55 cm frame size. We have put an extra nice and protective layer of 0.2 mm of carbon weaves on top. You can save 40 grams but, hey, it won’t look so cool in the sunlight then.
ZEOLITE - Das Gravel-Cross-Bike für die Straße, Gravel und Sonstiges von Konstructive Cycles Berlin.
Es ist handgefertigt, in Wirklichkeit maßgefertigt auf die spezifischen Maße eines sehr glücklichen Fahrers von unseren Carbon-Spezialisten in Europa - und nicht wie die meisten Bikes aus der Massenfertigung angelernter Arbeiter.
Ja, der Rahmen ist minimal leichter als er sein müsste, er wiegt 950 g bei einer Rahmengröße von 55 Zentimetern. Wir haben eine extra schöne Schutzschicht im 3K-Carbonmuster in 0,2 mm Stärke aufgetragen. So könnten wir 40 g einsparen, aber hey, dann wäre der "Look" nicht so schön.

BC Bike Race 2018
What a great mountain bike race. We have made it to the podium! 😊 Team Konstructive Dream-Bikes.com finished second overall in the Veteran 80 team division. After seven days of riding on finest single-tracks, more than 10.000 meters of climbing and a total race distance of 450 km we have reached the finish line in the sunny village of Squamish. We are completely stoked. What a fantastic mountain bike event. BC Bike Race keeps its promises.
