LibraryThing is international and not just for English speaking librarians. Also small language groups are a part of the LibraryThing community. To prove that we at Nunatta Atuagaateqarfia, the Greenlandic National Library made a Greenlandic bookpile.
Our book igloo is made of Greenlandic, Danish and Greenlandic/Danish picturebooks. The books were chosen, because they are a representation of our bi-lingual library.
And the shape because of our inuit heritage.
