The Knockout Rose, also known as Rosa "Radrazz," is a shrub that grows from about 2-5 feet tall. It usually has pinkish or reddish colored petals. It has very attractive green leaves and foliage. This plant is able to tolerate all kinds of weather conditions. It is also able to survive most diseases. However, it is unable to survive in temperatures under 20 degrees Fahrenheit. They grow best in about 8 hours of sunlight per day. Individual blooms have 5 to 7 petals. They also emit a quite pleasurable fragrance. A man named William Radler is responsible for the various disease resistant, drought-resistant, and ever-blooming family of roses. He bought his first rose at the age of 9. His family believed the rose wouldn't survive through the winter, but he was determined that it would. From then on, cultivating and breeding roses was his hobby. The Knock Out rose is found all throughout the United States. It is often used for landscaping. It adds a nice color to a garden.

These two Knockout Rose bushes were planted at my father's house at the same time, yet one of the supposedly disease proof variety just can't survive. I cut it back last year and it rejuvenated for a while, but it's dead again.
