Mary Saxon brought in her show and tell 12/29. She said she got the pattern from Judy Martin's book, Knockout Blocks. It was for her son and done in Batiks.
Alien Bees beauty dish front and AB with gel behind thru fog. Malika wanted to do a boxing theme shoot. Rick added fog/wet look. Retouched for tough grunge effect.

Not the best photo but it shows what I wanted to show. This variety of knockout rose has a deep yellow bud and as the flower matures it turns white.

I accidentally broke this stem off while removing the tag from my new rose bush so I brought it in to enjoy.

I have lots of early roses on my knockout rose bushes. I only have red but I saw on a web page they now have pink and yellow knockouts - I may try to get some of them.
