So, I loved Guardians of the Galaxy concept art and decided to make gamora.

Gamora Vol2: Her hair is from a knockoff SheHulk which I painted the pink/purple stripes on. Her mouth had chipped so I had to fix that. Her torso was Dark Brown which was Drybrushed in dark gray and brown. I painted all the details on her torso. The trenchcoat was made of painted fabric. The arms were Lime painted with dark brown, and with extra cloth glued on. I stole the legs from my Han Solo custom and modified them for Gamora.

Thanks if read all that! Please leave a comment and tell me what you think!

These are, I believe, abandoned lead mine smelting works as opposed to a knockoff of Machu Pichu. I’m prepared to be corrected.

I tried to get here on Sunday but the place was overrun by ramblers. Today, Monday, totally deserted.

Looks like a great place for a fashion shoot.

It’s an easy walk but not the way I did it, ie climbing up the hillside rather than along the relatively flat trail.

Remember I’m old and my joints are knackered and crumbly ! 😆

Spiro Agnew Watch - 1970

Spiro Agnew was the 39th vice president of the United States, serving from 1969 until his resignation in 1973. He was Richard Nixon’s running mate in 1968 and 1972.

Hale E. Dougherty designed the original Spiro Agnew wristwatch in response to a common joke on college campuses in the early 1970s: “Did you know that Mickey Mouse wore a Spiro Agnew watch?”

First manufactured by the Dirty Time Company, the popularity of the watch led to the production of several knockoffs. Vice President Agnew initially liked the watch until it became known more as a joke than as a sign of support.

Reelected with Nixon in 1972, Agnew resigned in 1973 after the U.S. Justice Department uncovered widespread evidence of his political corruption, including allegations that his practice of accepting bribes had continued into his tenure as U.S. vice president.

Some things never change.

CP 40B crosses the E.T. Seton park in East York with a pair of 1950s FP9As, a FP9B and some ancient heavyweight business coaches. This little trestle doesn't come close to the mammoth in Parry Sound but it's one of the most impressive pieces of railway infrastructure in the city of Toronto to date.

Inspired by the amazing work of my dear friend Boo (www.flickr.com/photos/147856384@N06/) But significantly crappier.

Nothing better than a beautiful Friday, on a clear day, when you knockoff work and still got time to do some shooting.

I wanted to do another Bossverse team, as my last one (avengers) went over really well. Also, I liked doing a bit of Figbarfing.

LtR

Aquaman: I used the head I painted for BvS and hair is Banana Truck driver. His torso is from Hobbit or LOTR (I can't remember) and the arms have muscles painted on. Legs are also from my BvS version.

Wonder Woman: I got this torso in my BL order and immediately used it for her. I went for a more Greek goddess type suit. Her head is Chell. Overall pretty simple.

Cyborg: Ultron torso, ninjago hair, CACW Falcon arms and legs.

Green Lantern: Ye, I pulled a Zealot. her torso is Black widow which was edited to look green. Same with the head.

Flash: I got a Knockoff Iron Man and a knockoff Red Hood a while back and combined the two to make flash. There's a bit of paint, but not much.

Batman: I've been updating the torso and legs for a while. his head is painted by me as well as the helmet. I took a little inspiration from Zooms head for this.

Superman: Not much here, I just thought I'd share the design.

think of the light:

vaporous from

a distance, flickers

of color, think of

the merchants:

koffie boy wheeling

his cart, old blind-in-

one eye on a bench,

looky see best quality,

temptress from faraway,

half-veiled, eyes

like burnt almonds,

twin sisters with toddlers

in tow roped to their

waists, budgies flitting

and shrilling in ornate cages,

aromas, bolts of cloth, swatches

of this&that, sizzling meats,

knockoff Rolexes, Gucci, Brunello,

jade, topaz, gleaming mother

of pearl for the tourists, someone

grabs your arm, someone flashes

eyes with you, others drift

past, thunder crackles

the sky, air a smoky incense

wafts about you and you think

of a religious procession

of which you are a part,

wandering slowly, aimlessly,

like life toward an uncertain

destination with nothing

to show but a few trinkets,

souvenirs you will soon forget

when the bus comes as you wait

silently in line for those strangers

and family talking softly ahead

who seem reluctant to leave.

These hilts have been in the works for a while now! I literally have not stopped making hilts since I started Obi Wan which was back in January.

I’ve definitely made more than are in this picture, but these are some of my favorites that don’t have figures (YET!)

All of these were made of mostly official parts. I used a knife to carve out little ridges in most of them.

LtR

1. Made of a CAC blaster, binocular, and official hilt.

2. Made of an official hilt and two 6L bars with (mainly for the slightly thicker bar part).

3. Made of an official hilt and a bar.

4. Made of two official hilts.

5.Made of a knockoff Thor hammer, a glove top, binoculars, and an antenna piece.

6. Made of two official hilts and a glove top.

7. Made of two official hilts.

8. Full credit to LMA Customs

His key and glove top design is excellent. I used two glove tops at the emitter.

9. An official hilt for reference.

this is my newest box set, very badass, must have if mega blok or halo enthusiest X) I got two, (so I could talk myself into opening one, maybe, obviously I did) :)) The figures span from the beginning of Halo to now from 2001 to 2011, and everything is amazing, down to the smallest details on the guns. peace

I had to drive way out of my way to get this, but I needed to know if this was an "only in Philly" thing or if the word "BLING" was seeping into the mainstream everywhere....I mean I know people use it everywhere, but store names?

thii is the inside, one magnetic dude, and two spare seperate sets of armor. So freakin cool. And it goes great with the other five ;) But I still need more!!!!!!!

Originally built as a "cheaper alternative" (read; knockoff) to the ever popular Osmi.Bot. However, due to a programming oversight, this unit got addicted to alcohol and nicotine.

Built as a secret santa gift for the incredible TolerantAxe97!

This build was based on one of my favorite mocs of his, namely Osmi.Bot: www.flickr.com/photos/144991921@N07/48528515917/in/datepo... (HTML links suddenly don't work anymore?). But I thought I'd put a funny twist on the concept. How about a care bot who couldn't even take care of himself?

Check out more pics in the Imgur album! I pulled off some really fun poses with him.

Not many people build natoboxes for these games. Fewer people build leopard knockoffs and even fewer build good ones.

It's worth mentioning that I got the idea for the turret from the extremely talented Ngoc Truong, though mine's a lot more compact.

This'll probably get some lore when I render some action shots of it.

I was raking and removing some detrus from the Forest Garden when I saw something tiny and curious.

Around a tiny little stump was something lumpy.

It wasn't until I got down on the ground and peered closely, that I realized I'd found

Taken at the annual Sharonville Car show held in the Sharonville suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio.

This beauty was hiding from the maddening crowd behind a building on the edge of the show. When I first found it, several lucky folks who had beaten me to the discovery were standing around gawking at it, but I persevered until they left and I could get a clean shot.

Anothery from work before knockoff!

I found this on the same Facebook page the proto Simpsons heads have shown up on, and the Disney Minifigure series hair pieces, and the 60s Mr.Freeze. Now I've been told that he will come with the escape from Ra's al Ghul set coming out late summer.

I know the design is the exact same as the red one, but what makes me think it'll be a new figure is the head. While the knockoff companies could change the colors of the ink, it would be unlikely they would make a new face design for the figure (plus all the pieces it's printed on look like official Lego).

What do you think? Let me know in the comments!

We got this Lego knockoff camera and I ended up building it. Still had to have each kiddo pose with it though!

"The Knockoff" GSMR 1009 and new motor 2668 lead a Tuckasegee River Excursion past an empty field near Wilmont NC. Only thing thats missing from this rainbow is the black of a steam loco, but that was on the other end...

I went to the Liberty Science Center today with my mom and I asked her if we could go to A.J. Wright and it too us 2 1/2 hours to find it! I found a location on the Internet but we found out it was closed down! Ugh! We found another one (an hour away) and I bought Be-Bratz AA, Flower Girlz Sasha, Magic Make-Up Sasha, Asary (Winter Version?), and Bevery Fashion (Pampered Pupz Version). Now what shocked me was the MyScene doll! My mom went to Rite Aid to get a few things and I saw a Street Sweet Kennedy MyScene doll! I thought they didn't sell them in the USA anymore! I bought her! So I got 6 new dollies and some stuff from LSC, it was an adventure! Lol!

P.S. This picture is blurry, I know! Sorry!

If you said that this looks like a cheap knockoff of Adam's 1977 Chevy G20 from a few years ago, then you'd be correct! Multiple design queues have been taken from it, which you can see here:

This won't be the last of it though! I have some plans.

Just in time for Bionifight's closing, I managed to put together a MOC of my (second?) favorite character from the RPG: Virse, Toa of Sand. I've been wanting to MOC her for months, and now that I finally got some (knockoff) tan CCBS, I could finish her. I have to say I'm very proud of how she came out.

Virse hails from an alternate universe where the GSR was never built and the Toa were created to attempt to repair Spherus Magna. However, they only made it worse, and in the great Shattering that followed, the Great Beings were lost. The survivors were forced to war for resources, Glatorian vs. Toa. After thousands of years passed and hundreds of thousands of lives were lost, they reached an unsteady peace. Virse, like many other Toa, used this time to specialize her element, shifting from Stone to Sand, before being taken to fight in the Bionifight Tournament. When the Bionifight Facility crash-landed on Saarella Kirottu, Virse was lost and presumed dead in an attempt to liberate the prisoners of the Cult of War.

Virse wields a Heat Gauntlet, a weak Great Being relic capable of creating great heat, in which she can forge her hardened glass blades. She wears the Mask of Elemental Transmutation, allowing her to change her body into sand.

Saw a knockoff figure online recently with the chromed wings, and thought I would make an Archangel with em’.

The head was a TASM2 Electro head to start with, i mostly repainted everything though.

The torso is sanded on the sides as a stylistic choice.

The rest was normally painted. I used Testors Gloss Magenta and Semi-Gloss Black.

Simple figure, not one of my favorites but I like how it turned out. Also, I’m going to stop hinting at what I’m doing next, since I’ve changed things around twice now. :p
