This is the 1st time I tried the DRI (Dynamic Range Increase) technique. Hope for a better picture and smoother technique in future.

After almost three years away - because of Covid-19 problems - we dared to return to one of our favorite cities. And to the City Centre itself. KLM flew us here expediently, the KLIA-express trained us into Sentral swiftly, and the MRT efficiently glided us to the KLCC.
So here we are with nice views! Yes, those are the famous, iconic Twin Towers, the Petronas Towers. They were still being built when we first came here and every year we watched with fascination how the project came into its own and then enjoyed it.
KLCC Park is a public park located in the vicinity of Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The park has been designed to provide greenery to Petronas Twin Towers and the areas surrounding it.
Kuala Lumpur City Center. Taken at sunrise this Saturday morning from the Skybar of the Traders Hotel, located on the 33th floor. A perfect vantage point! No tripod used, but managed to secure the camera steadily.
7 exposures HDR. Thanks to the very fast auto bracketing of the D300 (less than 2 secs for the 7 exp), I did not even need to realign the exposures.

A new update for this composition, the last time I shoot this was 7 years ago, now there is more high-rise around KLCC.

What a place this is. I came here with my friend acidsulfurik to capture the viewty of this night scene.
Ten years ago I posted a photo of a double flower of Mesua (www.flickr.com/photos/87453322@N00/3857915287/in/photolis...) in the Taman Botani at Putrayaja.
Beautiful Mesua grows as well in the KLCC Park, as the present photo demonstrates. In the earlier photo, there's also a Honeybee visitor, I think an Apis florea or cerana. The Bees I saw today could well be Andreniformis, given their dark coloring. But please correct me if I'm wrong...
