We've just landed in the kitchen, one of the upper deck galley's of the British Airways A380, where the magic happens, keeping everyone fed & watered.
British Airways Airbus A380 G-XLEF operating the daily BA 462 from London Heathrow to Madrid @ 15.15 hrs.
British Airways have been begun operating their A380's again since grounding during the Covid-19 pandemic, using them on daily trips to Madrid & Frankfurt, a real treat for enthusiasts during November/ December 2021.
Special thanks to Sophie, Marie & Philip, BA cabin crew for taking great care of me that day, what an experience.

One of the most useful discoveries: using disposable shower caps in place of plastic wrap...I use these for rising bread, covering bowls, etc. At 7.50 for 100 of them--and I use the same one dozens if not scores of times--it's easier and cheaper than plastic wrap.
roll cookie dough into log and cover in cling film or parchment. slip into kitchen towel cardboard rolls to help keep its shape in the freezer. slice and bake.
Pro Tip (no idea if it really is, but it's amazing!) Instead of having to wash an extra dish, wrap a bowl in a piece of aluminum foil. Pour in your grease. When it's solidified just unwrap the bowl and throw the foil away!
My mother taught me long ago when using these tasty little Chili Pequines in soup, stews, etc. Thread them onto a toothpick so you don't give someone a very hot surprise!!
