This young wildebeest was running from a hyena when it ran full pelt into three lions that we sleeping in the grass. They were quickly on to it and the wildebeest met a grizzly end.

Seeing lions kill was amazing and not something many people who go on safari manage to do.

The hyena did the equivalent of a shrug of the shoulders and sloped back off the way it had come.

Konzert THE KILLS am 30. November 2011 in der Columbiahalle Berlin (Kreuzberg). Bandmitglieder sind die US-amerikanische Sängerin und Gitarristin VV alias Alison Mosshart und der englische Gitarrist und Sänger Hotel alias Jamie Hince. Unterstützt wurden The Kills bei diesem Konzert von vier Percussionisten und Trommlern.
