My green niqab and full-length khimar worn over black. The khimar has arm openings that I can choose to use if I need to. I have one sittar and eye screen over my eyes.

I've gone green, with my new full-length khimar and 3-piece niqab (eye screen too). Everything else is black.

Mami (aunt) as everyone called her was the oldest women in the house I rested for a while. While some young girls made me a cup of tea and a cheese bread she told me about the tragedies of earthquake and how they suffered from earthquake and shortage of food & supplies.

I LOVE SOUTHALL! King Street

Southall is quite a culturally mixed town, with a good mix of Muslims, Sikhs,

Hindus and Christians, which reflects the other population across the borough.

This is Secret.

I found her walking with her hooded ilk around the back streets of Mumbai. Usually when I see a cadre of the enshrouded, they are accompanied by Muslim man that is glaring at almost everyone. This time there seemed to be no alpha around, so I asked her for her name. She looked at me and smiled (I think) and then looked furtively around to see if anyone was watching. I got the distinct impression that since I was a white oddity that actually spoke to her that she wanted to talk, but then thought better of it and made a slight bow before gliding away.
