Flowering yucca in the foreground and a towering sandstone formation in the background forms a classic desert landscape at sunrise in Arches National Park, Utah.
So called bee mimic, this one targets male tachinid flies of the genus Paragymnomma. Since the flower has no scent the stimulus is entirely visual.

Inspired by Obedient Machine's DL-44 heavy blaster pistol I have created a similar version. And I needed a Han Solo Model to hold it. Here is the result. As you can see, its a very poseable one :)
