I attended the Upper Cumberland Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) banquet on Thursday night and the keynote speaker was Coach Dan Reeves. It was a wonderful night of fellowship and fun. Coach Reeves delivered a great address and the banquet was a huge success.

Just a few highlights of Coach Reeves career include 16 years with the Dallas Cowboys (5 as a player, 3 as a player/coach, and 8 as an assistant coach under Tom Landry), 23 years coaching in the NFL for the Denver Broncos, New York Giants, and Atlanta Falcons, and played or coached in a record 9 Super Bowls (5 with the Dallas Cowboys, 3 with the Denver Broncos, and 1 with the Atlanta Falcons). Coach Reeves is also a member of the South Carolina Hall of Fame, South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame, and Texas Sports Hall of Fame.

Remember who sticks by you and who bails out! In life we all have challenges and none of us is flawless. Yet being able to dig deep when you may be in pain yourself and to step up for other people is all about courage, strength and ultimately love. In the final analysis it is about being your best self. Do all things with Love..Don't fall prey to others' perceptions. Never let them dim your light. They will wake up one day (hopefully). And Remember to Smile. You are priceless ~ Kirit Pankhania xx
