Closeup on '@' and '#' on Dell keyboard

Just a little dirty...

A bokeh shot of my Apple Wireless Keyboard sitting on my desk. In the background you can see my two 1TB External HDs.

Dolch Computer Systems made a series of "luggable" PCs with special-purpose hardware and software for sniffing wired communication networks for testing purposes. The keyboard cases were made to mate to the side of the computer, covering its LCD screen.

Dolch PAC keyboards are highly sought-after due to their compact size, mechanical switches, and high-quality, uniquely-colored keycaps. When Dolch computers show up on Ebay, it is not uncommon for winning bidders to ask the seller to ship only the keyboard in order to reduce the shipping weight by about 40lbs.

My keyboard got bad enough for me to notice, which means it must have been pretty bad. Popping all the keys off with a little screwdriver was the funnest part.

my keyboard is worn down from First Person Shooters always using the W A S D keys

This is my work keyboard; this is the reason that I'm making so many typos in my code and e-mails from work lately. It has all these extra symbols and keys that are just ever so slightly out of place or differently shaped. And you just thought I was getting drunk on the smell of schnasty Guiness at work.

Back to work after the Christmas 'break'.

My office fits in my pocket thanks to the bluetooth stowaway keyboard and my Nokia 770. Notice that the Nokia is only slightly larger than my iPod.
