Traditional kite maker of Kelantan, Malaysia. Pak Shafie bin Jusoh was awarded with the Adiguru Aneka Kraf in 2006 for his expertise in Moon Kite or locally known as Wau Bulan. His kites has been exhibited in a few countries with collaboration of Malaysia Airlines respectively.

Aneka kueh-mueh tradisional yang jarang terdapat di negeri-negeri lain.

The sun is setting in Pasir Sena

Spent few weeks volunteering in the Kelantan state of Malaysia. The people living there suffer from long monsoons making this area one of the poorest in the country. Really lovely people there. I used to live in the rainforest cutting bamboo just in front of the Kelantan river. As Malaysia is a muslim country, I used to listen the call to prayer coming out from faraway in the rainforest.
