Red potatoes boiled and smashed. Onion saute in ghee w salt, pepper, & paprika. Mix all with eggs & cheese,
Dough: Flour, Eggs, Milk or Yogurt Kefir, Salt.
Ingredients: Double Zero Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Pink Salt, Olive Oil, Milk / Yogurt Kefir.
Toppings: Mozzarella Cheese, Tomato Sauce, Kalamata Olives.
Tip: First I bake it without toppings. When Pizza is almost done and the crust is brown gold, I take out from the oven and place the toppings that are already prepared.
Set it back in the oven for few more minutes.
This way the dough is cooked inside.
Ingredients:
Dried Tart Cherries, 300 ml Yogurt Kefir, 2 Eggs, 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour, 2 Tbsp Almond Flour, 1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour, 1 Tbsp Ghee.
Better use fresh Tart Cherries.
Let them overnight to drain the juice.

Mix all the Ingredients till obtain the consistency of Ciabatta Bread dough. If too dry, add Milk and mix well. Let it rest for few hours. Mix well again and place in a baking pan with parchment paper.
Bake till becomes Brown Gold on the top and bottom.

It's my first time making Kombucha and I am very excited about it. I will let you know in 2 weeks time how it turns out. I have been fermenting water kefir for almost a year now and really into it. My daughter loves the carbonated drink and I am relieved that I don't have to rely on soda anymore. I was under the notion that Kombucha would be very sweet because of the addition of sugar, but then realised the fermenting turns sugar into acid and co2 and was ready to try to make this now.
P.S - My laptop has died so for next few weeks I won't be able to do an extensive processing and have to rely on transferring files wirelessly to ipad and edit selected pics. I don't even see it being repaired soon as lock-down is upon us in Bangalore.

I have been making Kefir soda from past few months and it is refreshing as ever and you can get a natural fizzy soda always at home, which is also healthy. Do try it if you have not.

An accident with kefir damaged the film.
A beautiful flower spike, getting ready to drop blossoms. Hopefully, there will be more blossoms this summer. The flowers were hand pollinated so there should be fruit developing. Many folks cut the flower stalk to help the plant grow new leaves - but it is fun to get seed to plant and grow another generation.
We have a yellow variety that may blossom in a few years - and a new red one that is to arrive in the mail soon. Also, a light lavender colored variety - just ordered seed from Maylasia.

I hope The Collective don't send the beasts round, 'cause I've Macro Monday'd around with their logo. But their yoghurt is a fave of mine. And its plastic lid isn't as black as this. The actual lid does appear black, but The Collective have: "added a nifty dye to the black lids on our gourmet yoghurts (and soon kefir yoghurts too!) meaning that these can be detected in the recycling plants and be recycled". www.thecollectivedairy.com/
Did it surprise me to learn that botanists classify the cucumber as a berry? Absolutely! But "much like tomatoes and squashes, it is often [might I suggest usually?] perceived, prepared, and eaten as a vegetable" (Wikipedia). After photographing it, I ran this cucumber through a blender and combined it with strawberry-flavored kefir to make a smoothie of sorts.
