Playing around with “single use” items for the Macro Monday theme for tomorrow, 1/16, and I seem to have found another use for the LifeSaver mint!!….. This is probably my favorite of the possibilities. My second favorite is the Bright Idea! ticker.

Yes - this is within the group restrictions of 3 inches.
Both chair and flask are products of the 1/12 scale dolls' house! Perhaps I should have left out the cork?
Using a tinted filter this is a quickly taken photograph using the usual two desk lights., one of which is reflected in the miniature glass carboy!

Went up into the garage store to remind myself of what was in my daughter's box labelled 'dolls house'. I was really looking to take the little silver coffee pot that I knew was there, and then saw this chair - all of 2" high.
Couldn't resist photographing it for this week's theme!
One desklight creating the shadow on a piece of white paper, and some black velour hanging at the back.
Camera is on a tripod.
A minimum of post-processing.
A minimumal photo too - a case of 'keep it simple, stupid' (KISS)
Now looking at the result I can see that there is dust on the chair, but who cares?

Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge - This 15,000-acre expanse of short and mixed grass prairie is home to more than 330 species of wildlife, including bald eagles, bison, black-footed ferrets, deer, coyotes, burrowing owls, and prairie dogs. The site began as a U.S. Army base and is now managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to protect wildlife and habitat.
