I turn 4️⃣0️⃣ this week. Forty! I would be freaking out about it if I didn’t feel so damn good about where I am at this point in my life.

I’ve spent seven years on this journey. I’ve had limitless 🙌 highs and devastating 😢 downs, but I can honestly say it’s been worth every single second. Because taking the time to get to know myself on a physical and mental level has led me to a place where I am ♥️ happy with who I am.
