The Other Box is an award-winning platform, dedicated to increasing diversity in the creative industries, celebrating people of colour and people from other underrepresented backgrounds. It was founded by Leyya and Roshni, two creatives in design and advertising who have been enlightening and empowering people to work and live more inclusively. We also heard beautiful poetry from Esther Kondo Heller: a poet, storyteller, and experimental artist born in Berlin and raised in Mombasa.
