This type of kebap which is named as "Iskender Kebap (Alexander Kebap) " is the specialty of Bursa. Beneath the doner meat is a great amount of pita bread. It's eaten with sour salty yoghurt..yummy

Doner kebab (/ˈdɒnər kəˈbæb/, /ˈdoʊnər/; Turkish: döner or döner kebap, [døˈneɾ̝̊ ceˈbap]) is a Turkish dish made of meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie, normally lamb but also a mixture of veal or beef with these, or sometimes chicken. The dish is also widely known by its Arabic name "shawarma" (from Turkish çevirme) or the Greek name "gyros".
The sliced meat of a Doner kebab may be served wrapped in a flatbread such as lavash or pita or as a sandwich instead of being served on a plate. It is a common fast food item not only in Turkey but also in the Middle East, Europe and Australia. Seasoned meat in the shape of an inverted cone is turned slowly against a vertical rotisserie, then sliced vertically into thin, crisp shavings. On the sandwich version, the meat is generally served with tomato, onion with sumac, pickled cucumber and chili.

So, I had nearly 12 months of expired film sitting in the fridge waiting for an opportunity to develop it. Then, while no one was home for a week, the power failed and the butter melted all over the fridge, including on the film. I went ahead and had them processed. Some images were more damaged than others...

In 1730, city engineer Johan Eberhard Carlberg proposed that spaces for horse-drawn vehicle should be created at various locations though to the city, mostly to facilitate the fire departments wagons.
In 1796 such a space was created on the Gåstorget.
Altough the square was not given an official name, it was informally referred to as Gåsplan ("Goose Plain") or Gåstorget.
The small square measure only approximately 100 sqm.
Based in the far corner, there is a kebap & cafe place, named Jerusalem, which is a decent place for a cheap middle-eastern style lunch, or a coffee.
