I made this sweater in under a month from leftover Lopi that I got from a yarn stash cleanout. It fits Everett pretty well and even looks reasonably decent.
Kangaroo pocket pattern from Amy Karol's "Bend-the-Rules Sewing". I designed the apron pattern myself, and eyeballed the size of the pocket to fit the apron.
Next time, I'll make the apron sides wider so they wrap around the sides more.

I missed about two centimeters of fabric with the zipper and had to pull it in to fix. Luckily, it's under the arm most of the time.
