Kali Besar TImur is located on a heritage site famously known as Kota Tua Jakarta or Old Jakarta/Old Batavia. It houses preserved buildings dated back from the colonial era and is a very popular tourist destination.
More photos of Kali. I really want to find some more dark coloured wigs as I think I prefer her in the very dark brown or black. I may end up deepening her makeup a little. Her lovely crochet dress was made by Auguste.
We got this cute little squirrel at some local pet store, and Kali has loved it to death - literally. She swings it all around, nips at it, chews on it...

Dakshineswar Kali Temple (Bengali: দক্ষিনেশ্বর কালী মন্দির Dokkhineshshôr Kali Mondir, Sanskrit: दक्षिणेश्वर काली मन्दिर) is a Hindu temple located in Dakshineswar near Kolkata. Situated on the eastern bank of the Hooghly River, the presiding deity of the temple is Bhavatarini, an aspect of Kali, meaning, 'She who liberates Her devotees from the ocean of existence i.e. Saṃsāra'. The temple was built by Rani Rashmoni, a philanthropist and a devotee of Kali in 1855. The temple is famous for its association with Ramakrishna, a mystic of 19th Century Bengal.
The temple compound, apart from the nine-spired main temple, contains a large courtyard surrounding the temple, with rooms along the boundary walls. The day was Diwali, festival of lights
Descending to Tatopani in the Kali Gandaki valley. Coming from Tadapani (means "far water") (2560 m) we crossed the Deorali Danda pass (3090 m). Tatopani ("Hot Water") down by the river is at 1189 m. Named for the hot springs there.
Wandering through Animal Kingdom in January was a strange experience. The park was deserted with 2 hours left until park closing and it had dipped into the 50's (chilly!). Kali River Rapids was completely empty, so I walked right into the queue and the CM's looked at me like I was crazy. I got to talk with them for a while and shoot some of the queue and the loading area. I really liked this view from the bridge while exiting the ride. I still feel like the picture is missing something, so any suggestions are appreciated.

Again an archive photo, waiting to publish a very interesting new project I am working on.
This is a simple photo, taken in my sim, the pose is fun and reminds me a bit of the Goddess Kali, with the multiple arms, hence the name of the shot.
