Por fin hago la K de kiosko, pero es que están en peligro de extinción y en breve, además del lema "Mérida Patrimonio de la Humanidad", tendrán que sustituirlo por "Mérida y Kiosko Patrimonio de la Humanidad".

Cerca de donde vivo, no hay ni uno sólo, únicamente los encuentro en el centro o en determinados barrios. En Fuenlabrada, había tres cerca de donde me he criado y únicamente queda uno en funcionamiento.

En un principio pensé en un kiosko de la música pero es que el que hay junto al Guadiana, no me resulta muy fotogénico, la verdad (lo intenté hace tiempo)... así que hoy, que salí por el centro, aproveché.

Si queréis copiarla y colorearla, a ver si vuestra idea se corresponde con la realidad, jeje.

One of my favorite places near Salton Sea was the K-Bar firelog plant, which was recently largely demolished. It is now in an odd state of half-ruins that makes no sense.

This store opened in 2009 and closed in 2020; it was originally Morton's Jewelers, which opened on October 2nd, 1991. Part of the space was also originally Cinnamonster, which opened in fall 1994 and closed in the mid 2000s. It became Diamonds Forever in 2021.

'K' -mistry? Or is that too far fetched?! There is a very very specific reason for this picture. I've been in the hospital past couple of days with an allergic reaction and I'm still unsure as to what it was caused by. It's weird. I'm not the anaphylax-ing kinds. But what is most sucky about the entire thing is that I *detest* playing patient!!

I'm still a little hung-over with all the meds. So, excuse all the crappy pictures :(. I'm hoping for better days to come.

Oh yes, Google Doodle told me that it's Robert Bunsen's ( of the Bunsen burner fame ) 200th birthday today! Chemistry indeed... :)
