The Korean Bell of Friendship in Sand Pedro. Taken in the early morning hours just as the sun broke. I gave it some heavy handed toning and processing. I was in the mood for something a little different. Pushing buttons helps that. It created a little more drama. This is a great place to kill an hour. Mornings or evenings. The Pacific Ocean is right down the street.
Hong Kong has always been one of my favorite places to shoot. The city is full of life and character— from the bustling streets to the magnificent harbor. It is where old meets new and east meets west. For this session, we roamed the streets of Central and Kowloon Island, while battling the intense summer heat to capture and incorporate the contrasting beauty of Hong Kong. The side of the city that is not so well known among tourists, yet still is distinctively Hong Kong.
The couple, Karla and Jan Mike were on a short visit to Hong Kong and we squeezed this shoot into their tight and busy schedule. We could have shot in more locations but the time just wasn’t enough! Nonetheless, it was still an extraordinary shoot!

Today’s event with @sketchxla at @nhmla organized by @melissa.ellen8 . We spent 20 minutes per subject matter/room. But R. sketched me while I was sketching the Cheetah … So naturally I must reciprocate.
Netflix's Love, Death & Robots
Three Robots Episode
He comes from a long line of baby monitors. Apparently, they sucked at their job.
A tribute build to one of Love, Death & Robots' episodes. Loved the whole series, some obviously more than others :P

For those interested in LEGO mech building, I also have an eBook from 2015 called Mech Wars 2015 Instructional Primer. It contains some things I wrote about basic mech building, a bit about my Mech Warsuniverse, and all my early models from 2014-2015. If you’re looking for a resource that could help you start or even improve your mech building skills, you might find this eBook useful.
Or camera as it is spelled in english. This camera is my grandmothers old Kodak Brownie 2A, we also have several photos taken with it in the house. So it's special to me.
The Aratech K-50 was the bulkier and more reliable follow up model to the very popular K-40 speeder bike, manufactured by Aratech. Though the noise of the engines could be reduced by adding more hull parts, the vehicle also lost some speed in the re-designing process. Also, pilots disliked the new front landing gear, which made landing on rough ground rather difficult compared to the former model. Yet, even with all these disadvantages, the model was sold quite a lot, due to its ridiculously low price.

A speeder bike, featured in the latest part of Uncertain Ways. As you can see, it is a slightly altered version of the Aratech K-40, which did not make it into the final scene. There will also be a photo of Jona's speeder bike soon, so stay tuned !
