Almonds are not actually nuts, but the seeds of a drupe, or stone fruit.

I need to be more familiar with this pair...just being honest!

I only need to wear glasses for distance (i.e. driving), so my "sunglasses" are clip on style. The older pair (in front) came with clip-ons made for the pair (held on with tiny magnets - very cool). The pair in the back (now bi-focals for convenience) have the spring-loaded style of clip-on shades you can purchase at any drugstore.

One of the figurines you used to be able to find inside a box of tea. Used to, because they no longer put them in the boxes you purchase in the store - you need to order tea from their website in order to continue your collection. This one is from their American Heritage Series collection.
From the website: These splendid, porcelain miniatures celebrate the illustrious history of America, from Colonial Times to the Space Age. Red Rose Tea is proud to depict landmark moments in our national history through these distinguished miniatures.

Since our weather for the past few days has kept our skies uninterestingly overcast, I went in a different direction for today's prompt. A magnifying glass is commonly used in most browsers and programs to indicated a search box, a way to "look things up".
