House martins chasing insects

I saw this lovely sight at lunch today.

'Contagion' by Teri Terry

Geometry in nature has always fascinated me

In my #AtoZofphotography, Z is for zzzzzzzz. Is there anything cuter than a sleeping baby?

I love taking natural / lifestyle photos of newborns, I'm not a fan of the "baby in a bucket" style!

Dinner smells amazing!

It is, isn't it? At least it gives us Brits something to talk about

Ignoring Wimbledon while building towers

Where flowerpots go to die

... things to do (probably why this is a day late)

Macro shot of the tiny details on one of my vintage cameras

Sarah is from Hebrew, it means princess.

"I'm a princess and this is my tiara!" - name the character / TV show ;)

In my #AtoZofphotography, N is for noise. In digital photography, noise refers to small areas of visual distortion. In this image the right-hand side was shot at ISO 12800 and is much noisier than the left-hand side which was at ISO 640.

Feet up after a busy day

Lots of energy needed for Sports Day

In my #AtoZofphotography, K is for Kodak.

Founded in 1888 by George Eastman, he devised the name Kodak with the help of his Mother and an anagram set.

I have several Kodak cameras in my collection, these are 2 of my favourites.

In my #AtoZofPhotography, Y is for yummy.

While food photography isn't really my area of expertise, I'm happy to dabble from time to time.

He is totally delicious

A very busy day so here's one from the archives, Times Square NYC

My lovely Dad gave me this gorgeous old camera :)

"Hunny, I think the pepper has gone bad!"

I love having real flowers in the house

In my #AtoZofphotography, T is for temperature. This photo shows how adjusting the colour temperature (white balance) of a photograph can make a huge difference (WB 2850, 4000, 5550 & 7500, if you're interested!)

in my #AtoZofphotography, R is for reflector. A 5-way reflector is a great tool to have. In this photo I used the golden reflector to give the grass a warm glow

In my #AtoZofphotography, H is for High Key photography. This is a modern style of photography where bright lighting is used to eliminate the shadows in an image.

Ethan's artistic composition at today's Thame Play Day

In my #AtoZofphotography, P is for prints.

Too many of my photos are stuck in my computer, I need to print more!

Amazing LOVE sign at last weekend's wedding

The orchid looks like it's looking out of the window

One boy and a very large balloon

The roses are still hanging in there. I should have some fluffier looking ones in a few weeks. :)

Sorry for the post and run tonight. I have to get to bed early tonight but will be back to visit tomorrow. Have an awesome evening!

In my #AtoZofphotography, S is for slightly sinister slow-shutter speed selfie

(Also, holding a rose didn't work, the stem looks like cleavage) ;)
