……Cornwall is a great place to spot classic VW Camper vans, this one was at Falmouth and caught my eye - I’ve used the Sliders Sunday excuse to do a spot of restoration and show off some of its features a little better AND got rid of some streaks of - shall we say Seagull juice!! Alan:-) HSS………..

A pair of CSX Dash 8s rest at the East End of Conrail's Oak Island Yard. This power would have brought the loaded Tropicana Orange Juice Train east earlier in the morning. The units will layover in Oak Island until the westbound OJT empties are ready to depart (typically in the evening). The GE pair is joined by a set of Conrail GP38-2s at the East End. Four-year-old 7543 still wore as-delivered "stealth" paint. It would later receive both YN2 and YN3 CSX paint before being retired after a fairly long career.

Shortly after launch on 14 April, ESA’s Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer, Juice, captured this stunning view of Earth. The coastline around the Gulf of Aden can be made out to the right of centre, with patchy clouds above land and sea.
The image was taken by Juice monitoring camera 1 (JMC1) at 14:42 CEST, following launch at 14:14 CEST. JMC1 is located on the front* of the spacecraft and looks diagonally up into a field of view that will eventually see deployed antennas, and depending on their orientation, part of one of the solar arrays.
JMC images provide 1024 x 1024 pixel snapshots. The images shown here are lightly processed with a preliminary colour adjustment.
*Additional technical information: “front” means +X side of the spacecraft (the opposite side, -X hosts the high gain antenna). JMC1 looks towards the +Y/+Z direction.

Ever go hiking with a migraine? It sucks. After taking nearly 3 hours to do what should have been about an hours journey from the Siq, I found myself at a little store run by an enterprising Bedouin. He set up a shady, cushioned spot and sells hot mint tea and pomegranate juice (a simple press juicer + the actual fruit) in little paper cups for anyone who wants to relax and take it all in. Worked for me!
Time to get your juice on! I am totally juiced up over this Fruit Bar created by Artisan Fantasy. I swear every single thing they bring to the grid is just flawless in execution! The attention to detail is incredible. My most favorite part is the wheat grass juicer, I mean...............

This recipe is a slightly tarter version of Apple & Eve’s Berry flavor, but it relies more on the berry taste, not overpowering it with super-sweet apple. And because you’re using fresh berries instead of juices from concentrate, you’re maintaining 100% of the vitamin value.
Ingredients:
* 8 ounces fresh or thawed blueberries
* 8 ounces fresh or thawed blackberries
* 8 ounces fresh or thawed strawberries (de-leafed)
* 1 lime, peeled
Instructions:
Process through the juicer and serve immediately. Yields about 2½ cups.

I don't know if anyone else has these Fuel Juice Bars in their area, but they do all manner of delicious healthy fruit smoothies that I just can't resist.
I was quite happy the other day because my loyalty card was full up meaning that I got my next smoothie free. The downside however was that it meant I had spent £31.05 in order to get the loyalty card filled up in the first place.
Being healthy is expensive!
