I would like to thank my friend Caterina for giving me the chance to shoot my very first (and sadly last) roll of Fuji Sensia, a wonderful film discontinued in 2010. More shots of this roll are coming soon. Stay tuned.

A fisheye photo of the striking 'Nomad' sculpture by Jaume Plensa. Situated at the end of the Bastion St-Jaume on the Antibes harbourfront, here I'm 'inside' the sculpture looking out so I've 'flipped' the photo so that the letters are round the right way.
Expect a few more photos of this sculpture before I move on........

Google translated from the www.antibes-juanlespins.com/culture/bastion-st-jaume website, "In 2007, La Grande Nomade d'Antibes was presented here as part of the temporary exhibition organized by the Picasso Museum and dedicated to the artist, Jaume Plensa. In 2010, the monumental sculpture returns as the permanent invitation to a journey in the sculpture whose space - made of emptiness and silence - beyond that of the material which constitutes it, opens and unfolds around she, gigantic figurehead of the bastion.
It was acquired by the City of Antibes with the participation of the State, the Regional Acquisition Fund for Museums (Ministry of Culture and Communication), the Association of Friends of the Picasso Museum, the Joint Stock Company of Port Vauban, and the International Yacht Club of Antibes."

At the moment I am sharing this photo, a spectacular comet is visible in the Northern Hemisphere, early before sunrise. So bright that it is clearly visible to the naked eye! I do not remember if we have ever seen such a comet in the 21st century... So go outside right now and observe it before it is too late!
With amateur astronomers from the area, we decided to team up and travel a bit far from the city of Nice (French Riviera) to get a nice and clear view of the North horizon, where the comet is located.
This picture was captured from the seaside of "Le Cap d'Antibes" next to Juan-Les-Pins, almost 20 km south of Nice, at 4:40 a.m local time.
It was just about an hour before sunset and the comet NEOWISE (C2020 F3) as well as the stars were getting fainter and fainter because of the bright sky background at dawn. Still, the graded colors of the sky, from blue to orange, make the view interesting and a bit more dramatic.

I was so happy when I saw this car in Juan-les-Pins! Seger and I already saw it driving on the highway on our way to Cannes, but I was able to take just one lousy picture.. We saw it quite a few times in the South of France, so you might see it too if you go there!

And here we have another hideous car tuned by FAB Design. We saw it at the same place as the FAB Design CL. The owner brings quite a few cars to the South of France every year. I saw his FAB Maybach and CL, his Veyron, his Azure Mulliner and his Bentley Arnage, all had TI plates.
This is a beautiful Aventador from Kuwait.
The first time I saw it in Cannes in front of the Carlton Hotel, but there were many cars around it so I couldn't get many good shots (same thing here).
Fortunately I saw it some days later in Juan-les-Pins in front of the casino.
The lightning wasn't the best and I had to edit very much..
Later it got towed away by the police in St. Tropez, check out the video.
So many things to upload, stay tuned for black Veyron, LP670-4 SV, Brabus G K8, Veyron Pur Sang, FF, SLR Fab etc!
Tommorow i'll start my placement at the local Porsche dealer :))
