Phoenix House nears completion in Berkeley, CA. Designed and Built by Anderson Anderson Architecture. Yevgeniy Ossipov, project manager. CNC cut timber frame and steel structure, off-site panelized floors and walls. Construction craftspeople include Yevgeniy Ossipov, Gennifer Munoz, Jonathan Izen and master craftsmen Titian Niosi and Martin MacDonald. Stan Wu, structural engineer.

Scaffolding built by Jonathan Izen and Yevgeniy Ossipov to install the hanging light fixture in the Phoenix house. Today Yevgeniy and Gennifer will climb the scaffold to install the steel and fabric fixture. The scaffold unbolt and will be stored at the house to facilitate future maintenance. Not that future maintenance will ever be needed in an #AndersonAnderson/BayPacificConstruction building.
