Spotted this either washed up or abandoned on the beach just down the coast a bit from New Brighton and only went to investigate what it was because I thought it was a Segway.
A potential entry for Sunday Night Phlow with this week's theme being 'movies' and if you haven't worked it out yet it's Short Circuit from 1986
Behold the mighty Empress Duggo XII and tremble mortals! A descendent of the long and storied royalty of the DSN, who live many generations due to their advanced gene therapies, Empress Duggo XII has already had a long and prosperous reign.
She hopes to conquer the DA landscape as another feather in her cap - always nice to have a winning war mid way through the annals of your reign. On her sleeve she proudly wears the campaign ribbon awarded to her by her father for winning her first war.
With her companion - the steadfast and foul mouthed bleeping robot General Johnny 5 - in charge of the war strategy, she knows nothing can stand in her way!
She holds the symbolic flag-scepter of the mariners, the Duggonian family crest from eons ago when they ruled only over an oceanic empire on the homeworld.

Sorry guys, Ive been on my Daddy/Car fetish shit lately.. I got a gang of flicks to share but I have been nest egging them for a bit now..
This joint was in the 2012 tailend of my world travels.. This was in Wiesbaden Germany with some really bugged out fools that came to play ball with the kid.. the wall consisted of Peeta, Made, Dado, Manone, Vyal, Mear1, Loomit, Tasso/Maclaim, and a few other heads I cant remember as I sip this Ice coffee that is so delicious..
The lineup was a real nice star studded affair.. I was in cufflinks and tails with wingtips..
I had about 5 hours to paint this damn thing.. the craziness is that this was up in the air about 20 feet!
and lil homie.. the lift I was on was one of them Johnny5 third leg trapeze patrick swazies back and forth action.. shit was so bad when I got off I was on the real sea sick.. your boy was drunk from the clavicle down, homie.. Im vomiting facts homie.. I was hoola hooping in the middle of the day with no hoop when I got off the damn thing..
I dont know how to hoola hoop..
SHIT.. I dont even know how the other guys WHO TOOK THREE DAYS(no bullshit.. 72 hours) on their pieces stayed up there that long!
and to think I even tripped on one of them to get on the lift he was on for sooo damn long just to bust out this 5 hour energy burner.. go figure.
aiight now other than that fiasco the jam was fairly tight cause I rolled out there with my Burn Unit cliqua about 5 deep.. and we didnt do the whole "kick it with graffiti writers" thing.. We bounced to some real swank fallouts with bad wenches pointing at clocks with robot birds that pop outta them.. Im from Atlanta.. we dont see no damn robot birds telling time noplace ere... I even convinced a shop owner that our band was playing this evening and that he should give me a free mocking bird..
im not in a band..
and when we walked back to the jam(with said mockingbird in hand) those poor famous graffiti writers were so tired and seasick they all were angered by our enthusiasm for a day well spent.
And I did walk away with a mockingbird.. I didnt just say that cause it sounds cool.. a mockingbird.. its on my cabinet and Im looking at it right now.. hi mockingbird.

and R.I.P to the man NEKST.. I remember dude goin at it with the homie ChunkMSK at Scribble Jam in like 99.. It was Me, Saber, Push and Sever on one wall next to the truck he painted.. the next day NACE died in a car crash.. and Sever and I just spoke to him before he got into the car with Nesm and Scream and them.. weird looking back then another real ass dude passes away.. Rest in peace.

I miss rap that doesn't involve OBVIOUS cocaine connotations.. I mean when the old guys used to talk about cocaine it was rather subtle and didn't state having Pablo Escobar sniffing a line of your dick.. why would you want to admit you sprinkled cocaine on your dick to get across that your a baller?.. then having a man sniff it off.
please stop rapping about cocaine bricks.. even though I live here in ATL where we are a big cocaine hub and rapping about cocaine is like rapping about how good your Lumpia is in Manila.

When four star General Johnny 5 was tapped to lead the DSN expeditionary force for DA4 he was ecstatic. This was his moment to shine! All other generals can bite his shiny metal... ahem, where were we.
Just know one thing, Johnny isn't here to hold territory, he'll let the others do that. He's here to advance constantly! There shall be a peace: Pax Duggonia... but only when all resistance is crushed.
You can see him here with an annotated image of his heavily broadcast and disseminated speech to the DSN advanced infantry legion while occupying a stage in front of a massive DSN flag.
Now a little about the DSN and its flag:
Nation: Duggonian Space Navy (DSN)
Flag Name: Pride of the Launch
National Edict: To Infinity, and a little bit further! Wait hmm, that just kinda sucks. Fire Gill in marketing. Ugh, good help is so hard to find.
The DSN is your friendly neighborhood all-conquering space empire. It’s not your fault that your planet won’t know true happiness until you’re in the warm embrace of DSN occupying legions. You’ll see, no worries!
Our flag the “Pride of the Launch” is colored using the historical colors of the component founding nations of the home planet: Purple, Orange, and Lime Green. A spaceship launch is front and center to represent the historical moment the first DSN explorers made their way out into the stars. The DSN name is boldly stitched along one side and two patches are added to represent the two DA wars the empire has now taken upon itself. It’s quite the burden… but someone’s got to do it.

Johnny 5 info: this is (for me) a massive heavy motorized build that's a technic core with system decorative plating. He's got remote control power functions elements: tank drive and arms up and down, as well as programmed mindstorms elements including two sensors (color and IR), the laser which rises to the shoulder, the head which swivels and the eyebrows that waggle. It's about 2'4" tall. Judging by the mediocre drive performance and the sway of the upper half when moving, it might be worth revisiting a V2 sometime soon to update key elements for better function.
I'll be releasing some video when I get the programming sorted out further!

The next day started wetter and greyer but I still went to the monument and walked up to the top there. The big advantage is in e weather like this is that you're almost on your own.

Am nächsten Morgen war es relativ grau und nieselig, aber ich war trotzdem auf dem Monument. Hat den Vorteil, dass man da ziemlich alleine ist, nur diese merkwürdigen Kerlchen waren auch da. Die trifft man irgendwie überall...

for christmas my younger brother made me a dolly clothes rack! he cut out the ends in the shape of a doll, and painted it pink!! erin (faerysequins / faerymade on etsy ) was my biggest inspiration to start sewing dolly dresses. i want to be like her when i grow up! xox
