Inside the tunnel of Neelum–Jhelum Hydropower Plant which is under construction and designed to divert water from the Neelum River to a power station on the Jhelum River and is expected to be completed in 2016. We unexpectedly became part of a landmark development because it was the very moment when Chinese engineers had connected the 10 kilometers long underground tunnel coming from Jhelum river side with the tunnel connecting the power house with only minor difference of 6 centimeters (www.thenews.com.pk/Todays-News-2-256527-Chinese-experts-c... ).
