On this Thursday May 25th ,2023 early morning ,we see Apache County Sheriff's Office Captain Bernie Porter headed into the Forks City hall / Police station .He is meeting with interterm Police Chief Ann Dean and Forks volunteer firefighter dept Fire Chief Hank Ordove along with Commission Chair Thomas Roberts about the upcoming Memorial day weekend plans .
Forks is made up of three ( Fork , Middle Fork and Top Fork ) little cluster of homes and businesses that form Forks In 1987 they consolidated to Form Forks with a total population of about 899 on the banks of Forks creek .Most part of the canyon they set in is home to small farms and ranches in the surrounding desert .All three Villages set in Forks Creeks Canyon along the Forks Creek in Apache County NM , just over the County Line from Hazzard Range County. Also all three are served by a joint Village Commission that has three Commissioners Forks Police Department ( FPD) has a budget of 5 officers including the Chief.
On this Cold ,windy ,but sunny Thursday Dec 15, 2022 afternoon ,We see Apache County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Carlos Carter and Detective Christie Dillon talking before heading into the City of Boom Police station to meet with Police Captain Lee Castillo and Sergeant Ron Brook .The meeting is about a drug investigation that leads to the little town of Boom .
Boom is in Western Part of Apache County NM in the Terreno llano Seco basin ( TLS basin ) and Terreno llano Seco means dry flat land in Spanish . Boom has a population of about 1,798.
It is named for the oil boom that started in the area back in the 1950s

The scene takes place in Creekdale, a census-designated area in the eastern part of the county. It sits on the banks of Swift Creek in Cuchillo Asesino Canyon, which is in the Agudo Mountains, which is in the Eastern part of Hazzard Range National Forest, settled in the 1870s
Z is a Korean War veteran (1950-1953). He moved to Creekdale in the 1980s and has lived and dealt with Miss Rosie Ama since, her being the nosiest person in the area does make for some good gossip at their weekly card game day at the Smokintex
This is owned by Hank Ackerson and his daughter, Madison. They have two employees: Rusty Hameler, a bartender and a Vietnam War veteran ( 1955–1975), and waitress Ivy Phil, a veteran of the War in Afghanistan (2001–2021). Madison is currently dating Paul Kimbak, a Philipsburg (Clay County seat) Police Department officer and a Veteran of the US Marines. He started as a Police officer in 2022
Streamlined and updated, dealership row is undergoing some changes.
Don't tell anyone, but the sales lot and staff, has shrunk considerably, and these former competitors are now part of the same automotive group.

With light traffic on this Wednesday Nov 25th,2020 mid morning ,We see Apache Police Dept Sergeant Chris Walkson on a commercial vehicle stop along westbound I-125 .
Apache ( Population 30,876 ) the county seat of Apache county ( Population 37,990 ) and I-125 is spur route for I 25 part of it goes east by passing downtown Apache to join ,NM 168 and crossing the Rio Grande river and ending in Conway . The western part only runs a few miles before ending at 32 st it was supposed to go to county airport ,but that part was never funded
You can always park and walk in, but it's more fun to just drive right out onto the beach in your jacked up truck.

Hazzard Range County Sheriff’s office deputies Clayton Butler and Christian Williams took a report of auto theft in the 200 block Desert Lake Dr in the Mirador Cala development . Scene investigated and cleared ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NOTE NOT REPORTED ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mirador Cala development is 8 miles north of the city of Eagle Lake and 1 mile west of Eagle Lake Out 150 planned homes only 40 were built .Out of that 12 were built in the late 1920s by a developer from Albuquerque ,between the 1960s and 1990s the rest were built . The plan also called for golf course ,community pool ,clubhouse and was supposed to be a gated community . It all never happen .

The Jeep Commander XK and XH (export diesel) is a mid-size SUV, designed by Don Renkert and manufactured in Detroit, Michigan for the US market and by Magna Steyr in Graz, Austria for the European market.
The XK debuted at the 2005 New York Autoshow as a five- or seven-passenger counterpart of the Jeep Liberty. It was developed to target consumers who wanted a three-row SUV, but designed to be only two inches longer than the Jeep Grand Cherokee with its two-rows of seats as well as to be assembled on the same production line. Based on the Grand Cherokee with which it shared its unibody construction and suspension It featured an upright windshield and squared-off sides. Its stepped roof was disguised by the roof rack; allowing the third row of seats to be mounted higher than the first-row seats.
The XH version of the XK was built in Graz and was only available outside North America and is powered by a 3.0 L OM642 Diesel V6 engine of 218bhp

Hazzard Range County sheriff’s office Deputy Brady Munoz took a report of bus in the ditch on NM state rd 323 in Banjo turns area in southwestern part of the county Scene investigation , Penn Auto Repair & Towing called and scene cleared 3:40 PM .
On this warm Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024, we see the newest married couple of Hazzard Range County. Warren and Lindsay Patches.
Warren is a Law Enforcement Manager at Eagle Lake State Park He has been on the job since 2010, but also with the US Border Patrol for six years before that mainly in AZ where he was born and raised. He met Lindsay shortly after she moved home in 2015 to take care of her late father Steve’s estate. She only planned to do that but after a bad first marriage, she decided to take over Steve’s salvaged business and move her then-teen daughter Rita here for a new start. In Dec 2015 she changed the name of the business from Rocky’s Salvage to Dicey's Salvage.
She met Warren in Oct 2015 when her friends wrecked at Cattle Cove Marina on Eagle Lake, they started dating in Feb 2016 and he popped the question in June of this year ( 2024 ) . Warren was Promoted to Manager in Nov of this year after Darren Baja retired, after 35 years in Law Enforcement most of that with the Clay County Sheriff‘s Office
Clay County is the neighboring county to the west and this Scene takes place in Sparte the county seat of Hazzard Range county .

This furniture world is named "Furniture World." Its sign shows a ringed planet; the ring reads "Buy Sell Trade."
The sign was installed as though the Pepsi logotype wasn't even there. Maybe you and I are the only ones who can see the Pepsi logotype.
Do you like that gray Jeep Commander from model years 2006-2010. Do you like Furniture World's 1992 GMC Vandura.
In my opinion the color of the light blue paint surrounding the door is not dissimilar enough from the adjacent areas of white paint.

On Aug. 13, 2013, Chrysler Group and JNAP employees celebrated the 5 millionth vehicle made there. The milestone vehicle was a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was donated to the USO.
